“WOW”

The exterior looks like a haunted house. The Bates Motel looks more inviting than the outside. However, the Alice in Wonderland difference in the interior is an experience unto itself.

“Awful hotel for that price”

The hotel is not worth the price. It would be a good choice at half the price. Its a very ordinary hotel. In such a warm and humid weather, there is no air conditioning in the corridors.Except a big room size, there is nothing that gives u a feeling of a 4 start hotel.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone at that price.

“The exceptional service of a few saves this place”

There are a few things that stand out - First, DON'T USE THE LAUNDRY!!! It is a nightmare and they wont get it right. Second, the cleaning staff has horrific body odor. Even an hour after being done cleaning the room, it still smelled like BO, some were worse than others. The bathroom had a perpetual stench of sewer suspecting from teh leak in the shower head for the toilet. The staff in the restaurant was the best, though the food mediocre. Lewis the manager did his best to accomodate the short comings, but in the end, still tried to charge for the services messed up. Also, Sarah and Salaama at the front desk were fantastic - without those two things I would have rated the hotel a 1/2. Beds were comfy, a little hard for my taste, but pillows were A+. The wifi is slow slow slow, but everywhere throughout the hotel. Don't think there is a proper gym, the equipment was delapidated and the Spa was never open. Keeping in mind that this hotel has only been open a few months, maybe they will get past the startup issues. Location was good, convenient thoguh the lot itself had a lot of construction going on around it.
