“A terrific stay”

Terrific service. Arrived earlier than usual, and staff graciously accommodated me in spite of my very early arrival. Received a fabulous Christmas gift basket from the manager on Christmas eve....basket contained shiraz wine, fruit cake, cheese, etc. What a pleasant surprise!

The staff here was the best of every place I stayed. The attention to your every need is second to none. I will return for another stay.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The buffet was quite good, but one does get tired of bufrfets, since we were actually on a 5 week journey. The restaurant at the pool was excellent. Good choices, great presentation. Just an superb job by all the staff at that restaurnat.

“Best Hotel in Davao”

This is the nicest place to stay in Davao. It's very secure with armed guards. It's luxurious. The location is excellent - short cab ride to the malls; within walking distance to the bars and restaurants on Torres St. It accepts US style electric plugs so need need to bring an adaptor. I've stayed here twice. I especially like the breakfast buffet selection. Complaints: They charge a lot for wi-fi (relatively speaking); the traffic noise wakes me up every morning; during my 2nd stay, the in-room fridge didn't chill very well.

Excellent hotel. There were a couple of minor maintenance matter during our stay. Blown light globe and a faulty lamp fitting. Both matters were repaired within the hour on being reported. Excellent quite airconditioning. Nice views from windows. Good room size. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a very wide range of choices.

Excellent Hotel to stay at if you don't mind paying alittle extra. Manager told me "free wifi" to start early next year. Amazing breakfast buffet. Fresh sashimi tuna melted in your mouth. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Superior security, etc. I'm a tough critic from New York City and this was one of the best folks.....stay at Marco or visit it when in Davao. We loved it all. Over all I was extremly happy with the hotel and its staff - enjoyed my stay. If you where to change anything I would say it would have to be the restr. menu I am a Chef / Retired to serve the same menu for lunch and diner as they did is not good. The food is outstanding but the same thing day in and day out is bad for business you will loose customers. I infact eat in town a few times as a result. Serve a menu on the line 2 diferent times a week is ok but never everyday. Let me say again this was the best hotel stay exsperience I have had a many many years. Awsome job to all!!
