Look out !!!

Pros: location I suppose.
Cons: cleanliness, customer service and parking.
A construction crew was checking in, so we had to wait 1 HOUR, and 15 MINUTES to get checked in! Unbelievable! Another staff member / supervisor, (kevin) came in, and we asked him to get more than 1 person at the front desk, or at least answer the phone, so that would expedite the check-in process. The carpet and floors were so very FILTHY that it made the soles of our feet BLACK. We told them about that and offered to show them, but they wouldn't even go to the room with us. Continental breakfast disappointing, and fresh fruit was only redeeming feature. Parking very limited because of allowing large 18 wheeler rigs to park there & take up 7 spaces.

Pros: Os quartos dispõe de uma mini-cozinha. Como viajávamos com crianças, isso foi determinante na escolha do hotel.
Cons: Investir no conserto dos defeitos existentes nas instalações; Passar a contar com serviço de housekeeper diariamente; Motivar a equipe.
Location: Fica próximo a malls com boas lojas e fast-foods. Também não fica muito distante do Sawgrass Mills Mall, destino de muitos brasileiros que vão pra lá.
A limpeza e arrumação do quarto só é feita no check-out (ou, se a estadia for superior a sete dias, é feita semanalmente). Trocamos de quarto três vezes, em todos eles alguma coisa não funcionava. No primeiro, havia luzes e tomadas inoperantes, assim como o sistema de exaustão de ar no bwc; no segundo, vazamento no vaso sanitário; no terceiro, uma luminária não ligava e o microondas estava todo enferrujado por dentro. Um dos quartos tinha um forte cheiro de cigarro, apesar de ser área de não-fumantes. Não existe uma área para tomar o café da manhã, os hóspedes têm de ir até a recepção pegar um copo de café (ou chá, ou chocolate) e alguns bolinhos para comer no quarto. Aparentemente, já foi um hotel muito bom, parece estar meio negligenciado pela administração. O staff parece desmotivado.

cheap room at expensive price

Pros: nothing
Cons: update rooms, including noise reduction insulation. If you're going to offer a complimentary breakfast have more than just coffee & apples.
Location: near Ft Lauderdale airport
nothing remarkable, good or bad, about this place, except the price. Paid $150 for 1-night stay; should have been half that. room was basically clean, but features/ surface were old & in need of updating. For an extended stay hotel you'd think there would be plates/utensils/kitchen items in the kitchen; not a one!. Fortunately it was only an overnight stay for me. "Complimentary breakfast" consisted of coffee and apples on a counter in the lobby; no place to sit even if more were offered. Was noisy, both from adjoining rooms and highway right outside.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bath tub deteriorated and there were no glasses or plastic glasses in the room. Certainly overpriced for what was received.

Location: Not too far from airport. Good location if you don't care about being close to the beach.
We arrived at midnight and had to call for someone to check us in. Got into room ok, but walked into a very warm room. A/c was not really working very well. Once room got cool we turned it up and would not go back on. All of the cabinets were empty and no coffee/ coffee maker avail. in room. Woke in morning and my husband brought coffee and a muffin from the "Free continental breakfast" (not much else available). Went out for a real breakfast and when we came back the room was never made up. Went out for the day, but first stopped at desk and asked why we had no kitchen items and they informed us that we need to ask for what we needed. They were there upon arrival back to room. Took a shower and noticed mold around all edges on floor had mold in corners. Rooms were very dated and not very clean.

Cons: Heel veel
Het hotel was niet schoon en heel veel last van de buren.(Honden gillen krijsen en gooien met de deuren tot 3-4 uur 's nachts, zelf naar de buren toe gelopen en gevraagd of het zachter kon). Het servies moest je bij de balie bestellen en werd de volgende dag na 3 keer vragen bezorgd. Er werd maar 1 keer schoongemaakt in de 10 dagen. Grote asbak voor de deur van onze kamer zorgde voor veel overlast en afval. Ik had gevraagd de asbak te verwijderen maar na een dag heb ik zelf maar gedaan. Vuilnisbakken voor de beneden trap stonden waar wij langs liepen waren overvol en dit bleef ook 3 dagen overvol Ook als een van de buren de afval voor onze deur zetten in plastik zakken stond dat er na 3 dagen nog.
