The room was completely dusty, dirty and filthy. There was popcorn and food wrapped along the base of the bed. I will say that the front desk associate was very nice and came and vacuumed our room. He stated he was the only associate working the property.

We had an issue with the sink being plugged up. The staff was very receptive to fix it right away

This is an older hotel that has been updated. Reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. We stayed here for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, and I think I heard they were sold out, but I never felt too crowded. They had moon pies out for freebies that the kids liked.

The shower wasn’t cleaned, half bottles of shampoo and dried towels were left, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work, the office chair slides down as low as it goes, every time you rise it up, the beds are not comfortable…

Price was great! Lot needs work. Area immediately adjacent is in poor condition. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice enough. Bed was not comfortable. Low quality bed and was lumpy. I literally bought a better pillow at Walmart for $20. Overall, I’d give it a five out of 10.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was perfect until we took a shower in lukewarm water the next morning. I'm sure it's fixed by now. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The heater worked beautifully. Accurate and quiet.

Floor lamp in the living space (couch/coffee table area) no light bulb. Refrigerator was on but not cold. Only about 15 working tv channels on satellite so very slow to change. Mostly news. Pretty clean, although I found an unopened single serve butter from the dining area in the refrigerator. No black out curtain on window and bright parking lot lamps shining in all night. Staff was upbeat and friendly!

Lots of parking. Easy check in/out. Lobby clean and welcoming. Clean room and comfortable bed. TV, microwave, refrigerator and all other appliances working and in good condition. Very quite. Solo traveler. Felt safe and secure! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else.

Why did I wake up itchy? The sheets and bed smelled and felt itchy. We didn't mention it because we were hardly in the room. Also, the lighting made no sense in the room and 1 lamp had the bulb socket hanging out. That's a big safety concern.

Pros: the room was clean, and there was lots of hot water (and good water pressure) for showers. Cons: there was a lot of outside traffic noise. It almost sounded like the window was open.

Wasn’t bad for a weekend stay, however most of the lamps didn’t work. It would appear that they kept deactivating my key card so every day I’d have to go back down and get it turned back on which was a little annoying. It was relatively clean however, the curtains also didn’t close which was a little odd. I’d stay again, but only for a quick trip not for something extended.
