“Very Impressed”

I lived in Springfield all my life till a year ago.Now when I want to visit I have to stay in a hotel.This was a pleasant surprise. Very clean,safe,and the breakfast was above and beyond.I'll stay here again when I go back.

“Very pleasant stay”

This was my first stay at a Country Inn, and I found it quite enjoyable. The room was ready on time and very clean and comfortable. I really liked the decor and was impressed with the brass bed and 4 pillows (I usually have to ask for an extra pillow). I was completely satisfied, and would stay again.

“Home on the road”

Staff were very kind, offering if there was anything else they could do for us to make our stay more enjoyable. I was glad they had gone to dishes instead of paper products even though that makes more work for staff. Sure conveys a more "home-like" feel as opposed to a "picnic" breakfast. Just seemed like everyone was working to make the stay "a cut above".

“Good value for business traveler”

Good-sized room and good location. Hotel was next to a large mall with access to many restaurants. However, possibly because of snow, it was difficult to determine access way to hotel from main road.

While the hotel was really nice, I felt the breakfast could have been better. Service was good and friendly.

“Good pre-flight choice”

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were able to assist us with car rental return and shuttle. It was a good place for a pre flight stay. Secure elevators were a nice feature but one was not functioning when we arrived.

“Hot Tub”

We enjoyed the room but wished the little kids were not allowed in the hot tub. The first thing he said when he saw that was, "You know there is pee in there, now!"

“Average Rating”

Customer Service was excellent, Breakfast and always available coffee etc. in lobby for the Hotel price category beat my expectations. Rooms need a little upgrading. Our room (214) was in need of new carpeting. Fitted Bottom Sheet on king size bed was a little small and tended to slip-off overnight. In general, enjoyed our stay and would return given the price.
