I expected better. Room was damp and smelly. The bed was horrible. Disappointed; more like a days Inn than a Mariot

Location: RESTAURANTS AND HIGHWAY
HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE NEEDED ADDITIONAL ACCOMODATIONS AND THERE WAS NO HESITATION TO FILLING WHAT WE ASKED TO BE DONE. VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY NICE STAFF.

Great location!

Hotel is close to highway exit and many restaurants. Very clean, comfortable and quiet stay. Pay attention to offers and make sure that breakfast is included, as it's not a 'sure thing' for all offers.

Convenient to all

This location in North Dayton is two streets away from I-75 and just a couple miles south of I-70. It's far enough from the highway that there is no noise from there, but the air conditioning is noisy when it cycles on and off. We did not eat from the bistro or restaurant so can't comment on the food. We were there to visit family so used the hotel only as a place to sleep. Next time we will remember to bring swimsuits. This is also an area where there are lots of restaurant options within 2 minutes drive.

Couldn't have been better!

Pros: Breakfast, size of the rooms, kitchen and bathroom areas, cleanliness, comfortable bed!
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Kings Island
I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! It was wonderful!

The room were not what I normally see at the Courtyard. When checking in to hotel we were given two handicap room which did not come with a frig nor microwave. The beds were horrible, the mattress was three inches to small on both side for the box spring. The mattress its self was did not even look or feel like a mattress. The second day their we had to talk to the front desk because neither of the rooms had trash taken out nor clean towel brought. I house keeper said we had do not disturb signs hanging. We did not see the signs and had to look for them in the room.
