Pros: I have stayed here many times and I think I only due because of the location and no other reason
surprised they no longer offer coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Dear Guest, I'm sorry that you did not find our associates helpful and for your disappointment in coffee service. The Courtyard brand has moved to offering a variety of delectable Starbucks coffee selections in our Bistro, while still offering the convenience of brewing a notable individual cup of coffee in all guest rooms. We sincerely thank you for your feedback which fosters improvement for future stays. We look forward to your next visit. Sincerely, Garry Kirkland General Manager

Decent hotel, no night staff

Posted Feb 10, 2015
I was staying in room 207 and the people in the room next to us were literally screaming at the top of their lungs, slamming doors, etc at all hours of the night. At around 11:00 pm, I had enough and called to complain but of course no one answered the phone at the front desk for over the course of 2 hours of me trying. I finally gave up. How can a hotel not have anyone answer the phone at the front desk?!?! I called the next morning to ask who was supposed to be at the front desk and they said "otto". So otto - thanks a lot for not doing your job.

Close to the Arena

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Location: There is the arena for the Dayton Flyers nearby. That is all.
Not a bad hotel. If you are going to a game you are about as close as you can get. There is not much else here. Getting a cab was a bit difficult. The lady at the front counter called us a cab but it was actually just some guy and his car. Shady at best.

Dear Jay, We are happy to hear from you and value your kind review. It is encouraging to know that your stay was enjoyable; we work hard to provide a pleasant experience. In Ohio, personal transportation services are often delivered in unbranded cars. Your comments, which highlight our successes and areas for improvement, are welcomed as they foster change for the better. We appreciate being a part of your trip. Warmest Regards, Garry Kirkland General Manager

New Carpet Allergy

Posted Jan 9, 2015
Pros: Everything, the new remodel, the convenience and the courteous staff.
Cons: I don't see anything that could be improved, other than the mattress in the room we stayed, was very hard and we didn't sleep hardly at all.
Location: Wish there were more restaurants near by. We had to drive a little bit to get to some quality restaurants. You would think that they would be near by.
Love this hotel. It is always pleasing, refreshing and courteous. We stay there every time we come to Dayton. However, they had just put in new carpet and I was allergic to the smell. It made me sick and wasn't able to sleep. Give it a few weeks and the smell will hopefully go away.
