“Totally fine”

The staff was very nice. The room was spotless. The location, in a shopping center near a walmart, a number of chain restaurants, and just off the highway is extremely unappealing. Many of the rooms open to an outdoor balcony like a motel. I had trouble finding the main entrance. I had to call the front desk.

“Certainly a hotel we have on our list to stay at during our next Florida vacation.”

We where very satisfied with the hotel. Person at front desk was very helpful and pleasent to speak with. Hotel was also located close to may restaurants within walking distance, not to mention a Tim Hortons.

Pleasant reception and convenient location to the Dayton area makes this a great choice.

“Nice place to stay”

They did not have our reservation from Expedia however were willing to accommodate us for the night. Used the discount coupons for the restaurant and the bottled water and cookies were a nice welcoming touch.

“Clean hotel, good location”

Nothing extrodinary about this hotel, but it is clean and comfortable. The location is near many restaurants and a WalMart. Not a bad value, but there are other hotels in the area that are similar at a lower price.

“More Signage”

Overall, the hotel was fine. My only complaint was the limited signage. I had to drive around a few times just to find the front entrance. Plus, with no signs outside, I had to search for the elevator to find the second level. Plus, a listing of local restaurants, drug stores, convenience stores, etc. . . would have been helpful. It was late around 10:00 and I asked about a drug store or pharmacy to buy headache medicine. The hotel clerk had no recommendation. The next morning I found a Wal-Mart close by that I believe was open 24/7. This would have been very helpful.

Great continental breakfast, loved the chance to make my own Belgian Waffles; coffee/hot chocolate available in lobby around the clock! Wireless service great. Also some local restaurants gave a 10-15% discount if you showed your key! Suggest you invest in new pillows and do something about heat. It was either hot/cold, even though I could regulate in my room. All in all a great place, convenient and we'll stay there again

“Average, but up to Marriott Standards”

My stay was overnight for business. My room was clean and the staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Breakfast wasn't too bad, either, but it was crowded. This hotel did live up to Marriott Fairfield standards. Location is great since it's in the midst of about 6 or 7 great restaurants. Hotel was easy to find and accessible from freeway.
