The hotel is older, it is being renovated. My room on the third floor had been redone, toilet was old, had to jiggle the handle. Carpet in the hallway was stained. Room was very clean and bright, just small.

I LOVED this place. The staff were so friendly. I especially loved the oatmeal bar with the toppings for breakfast. I have a limited diet and i was able to happily eat breakfast there.

When I pulled back the sheets, there was a bedbug. I went to the front desk to complain and the staff did not seem surprised. I was given a different room on a floor that the entire hallway smelled of marijuana. I will never stay at this property again.

The staff at the hotel is first rate! They are very friendly, obliging, and helpful with great attitudes. We frequently stay there and feel like we’re at our Centerville home when we’re there. Thank you everybody at Fairfield inn and Suites.

The walls are very thin and if you have an infant-toddler age not a good choice to stay here. Beds are okay. Breakfast was the same every day we were supposed to stay 3 nights. We stayed 2 and left the 2nd night because our toddler couldn’t sleep with people yelling and hooting and hollering in the hallway.

Wonderful and caring front desk staff.
Thank you for your thoughtful and caring staff, especially Zelma, who was the afternoon/evening front desk manager during our stay. We had to travel to Dayton, OH this week to be with a loved one whose health had taken a sudden turn for the worse and was put in hospice care. We drove 500 miles to get there on time to see our loved one, so we went straight to the hospital that evening without checking in first. Since it was already after 8PM, I called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving late, mentioning that we had come straight to the hospital fearing we would be too late. Zelma assured me that the room was still available and she would be there when we arrived. When we did check in a couple of hours later she asked about our loved one and expressed her concern and offered to help make our stay easier with a later check out if needed, a reservation later in the week if we needed to extend our stay at best rate she was able to give us. As we came and went throughout the next day she would ask how we were doing and how my sister was, offering to keep us in her thoughts and prayers. It was like having a friend looking out for you during a very stressful and difficult time. Thank you again Zelma!

Everything was great! The only thing I saw were some spots on the couch but nothing big. Big plus was the orange juice in the breakfast area which was the best orange juice we’ve had at a complimentary hotel breakfast. Also would be nice to have waffles, pancakes, or pastries available for breakfast. Employees were very nice and helpful.

This is tired and kind of shabby around the edges. Has great potential with just a little more care. Im surprised they charged a parking fee for lot parking. I am also surprised as i get no Marriott points but they sure are marketing up for points credit card etc.

The main parking lot was closed off for paving and there were not enough spots in the back for guests. This is because the paving company took 5 spots with their truck and equipment which were designated for guests. There was also a semi parked in another set of spots which made them unavailable for guests. I had to wait in the parking lot until someone left so I could park legally

I had a very nice King room. It was one of the cleanest motel rooms I’ve been in. Staff was great. The area was perfect for me. Close to everything I needed. My only con, if there was one, would be that the breakfast wasn’t that great. Next time, I would probably go out to eat.

Beware the hidden parking fee! The staff could not have been nicer about it, or more accommodating in general, but the parent company's decision to impose a parking fee for all their hotel brands--without actually providing anything for it (this was basic shopping-center parking)--is a bad one. I had to re-read the listing 3 times before I even found it. The bed was good and the room comfortable. It's just too bad about the parent corporation's policies.
