A mixed review over all a 2.5
Disappointed that a businesses would not accept cash that's just not right this is still America and cash should always be accepted. Second the room was beautiful but very uncomfortable plus I think the pillows may not have been changed because I have now got pink eye in the eye that was closest to the pillow. But the staff was very friendly over all.

Although the staff were amazing! Our room was as clean as it could get, but there were stains all over the coach, bed was uncomfortable, Shower drain, did not drain well. I think an update to this hotel is needed!

We both did not like the stiff beds, they were very stiff and we did't like the pillows either. We stayed at 4 different hotel chains in 7 nights, including Holiday Inn, then Microtel, Fairfield, then Hilton. We were very happy with all but the Fairfield. Breakfast was also mediocre vs the Microtel. The last time we stayed at this Fairfield, we were on the north side of the building and it did not have drapes

Very disappointing that the indoor pool and spa where out of order. Also the ice maker was down. Side entrance door would not work with room key. Walls in room had chipped paint, dresser drawers were broke. Had to keep getting room keys fixed as they stopped working. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast offering was minimal but okay for what there was. Probably will not stay there again.

Small rooms, pretty old. Our room had no bath towels, which wasn’t noticed until one of my kids was trying to dry off after a shower. The plumbing is loud and questionable.

Slightly dated, but still well maintained and comfortable. Staff was great. My only gripe was the chair. Desk chair was fine, but the 'arm chair' was tiny and useless for a person my size. Overall good value.
