“A great place to stay!”
The unit was very clean and nice with great beds, a full kitchen, living room with a fireplace, bedroom down stairs with a full sized Murphy bed & bath and a king sized bed and bath up stairs. Our unit was backed up to I-75 and it had quite a bit of noise in the parking lot but ounce inside the noise was gone totally. The entry to our unit was on the second floor with parking right at the stairs. The unit had internet access and a computer in the lobby where we printed some instructions for free. The motel is within walking distance of restaurants and a large mall. We were very pleased with the unit and services.

Very good experience. Employees friendly and very helpful. They make Ohio look good. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

“Best I've had in years!”
The penthouse suites were awesome! Plenty of room and comfort. The breakfast provides real plates and silverware not to mention the hot breakfast buffet which is included in the price of the room. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. This is by far the best value for the money I've ever had. I'll definately stay here again on my next trip.
“Can't wait to go back!”
I was worried the place would not live up to its 5.0 customer satisfaction rating, but it did! The place is truly spotless and they have upgraded lighting in the rooms. And you would not know you have neighbors. Location is ideal--near a mall and restaurants. Also close to major highway. We will go back in June, 2008.
“Pleasant surprise”
We needed an inexpensive place to stay while visiting some friends. The hotel amenities were way above what we expected and the front desk clerk was wonderful. This hotel is close to a gorgeous huge mall, the air force base, and every kind of restaurant and store you can think of. The room was larger than we expected and the only drawback was that we didn't book it for more than one night. We are definitely going back.
“WOW!!! I am impressed”
This was a wonderful motel! Nicest motel in Dayton in my books.Extremely clean, Very private individual apartment style rooms with nice kitchen with full dishes, I even fixed a seafood dinner one night, fireplace, 2 desks, 3 phones, wireless and hardwire internet,large bathroom, very nice linens, close to interstate, Mall across street, very handy to downtown also. Dont miss Cox arboretum right down street very nice. I stay in Dayton 3-4 times a year and I wish I had found this place years ago. I will never stay anywhere else in Dayton. No smell of smokers $250 fine for smoking in room, they have a great place and they take pride in rooms. I only hope this review won't make it difficult for me to get another room sometime. I would advise staying in upstairs room for even more privacy.
“Delightful!”
Everything was wonderful except for the very soft mattress. Mentioned it to management & they said it can be fixed if we visit again. If we go to Dayton again, we will definitely do that.
“Outstanding accomodations”
Polite staff, quick check in. Room was great. IMHO - can be beat but you would really have to look long and pay big bucks. Try IT - you'll Like It.
