“Good Value Comfort”

Stayed for a week while visiting relatives. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Air conditioning by central air system not window rattler kept a steady temperature which we could adjust to our requirements with low noise. Good hot breakfast (which changed a little each day) and a free newspaper every morning. Highly likely to stay again.

“Best stay EVER!!”

We were in Dayton for a marriage conference. We had the queen executive suite, and it was amazing. We paid such a low price but the room was a high dollar room for sure. Others from the conference paid a lot more for a room that was much smaller with less amenities! We had a full kitchen which was so nice and the separate bathroom area was the best. My favorite parts of our stay was that the room wasn't really a hotel room but more like our own mini condo, and the complimentary breakfast was a full meal! Not just cereal and muffins! I would recommend this hotel and Expedia absolutely to anyone! We will be returning next time we travel!!!

This place is in a great location near some really great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are totally equipped with everything... fridge, stove, utensils etc. Everything was clean and the staff pleasant.

“great all around value”

This hotel is like staying at a small suburban condominium development. Close to the highway (I75) so it is 10 minutes from downtown, 25 from the northern Cincinnati suburbs that feature high end restaurants, 12 minutes from Oakwood/Kettering (great restaurants). Extra space so you can make yourself at home if that is a preference. One negative for me - the refrigerator was noisy, I turned the temp control to "off" so that I could sleep.

It was better than expected, the loft was huge and we were very happy. Slept 3 of us very easily.

Very nice room - clean comfortable - full kitchen - big bathroom. Decent breakfast provided. Only complaint is lack of close parking availability.

Only two complaints, both minor. Parking near the room was very limited, so I had to park on the other side of the building and walk quite a distance. Also, water dripped from upstairs landing right onto spot you stand to unlock door-just cold and unpleasant. Room was slightly dated, but warm, clean and comfortable. Included small kitchenette and free wi-fi. Also, there's a nice common dining area with free full breakfast.
