The breakfast bar was very inefficient and not great selection. The toaster is in a weird location and several pieces of equipment weren't working. They are currently doing a renovation, so some of the obvious problems--like the elevator button being held on by tape, will probably be fixed. There were no towels in our room when we checked in, so we asked a maid in the hallway. The next day, our towels were taken and only two were left for our family, so we had to ask again for more.

Staff has always been friendly and property is always very clean. There was no parking available in front of hotel and the back side is somewhat dark and away from any activity. I did not easily see a door to enter through on the back and as a female traveling alone I was not comfortable parking back there. Unfortunately the mattress on my bed was horrible, it sunk in and you could feel all the springs-very unusual for a Holiday Inn Express.

Lots of good things. Great staff ( but understaffed for how full the hotel was. The hotel was full of 8-14 year old kids in town for a sports competition and trashing the place faster than the staff could keep up. No USB ports in the rooms. The room was clean but 21st century prices demand a 21st century room. The mattress was terrible but the bedding was clean and nice. Great window blind! A big deal for me. The exterior trash receptacles on either side of the lobby entrance were overflowing from the time I checked in@6pm until I left at 11:39 am the next morning. Cigarette bits and trash at the lobby entrance. Breakfast service was very good and it was VERY busy. Job job staff.

Very convenient location. Room was very clean aside from some stains on the carpet in our room and some rips in the carpet in the hallways. Hot water and the water pressure was excellent. The bathroom and room was very clean. Hostess at check in was very friendly. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, they are doing renovations so some areas look a little run down but they are working to get it updated, also we love the pool it is actually heated, there breakfast is really nice to.

Bare bones property. They first put me in a room on the first floor looking out onto a parking lot. I didn’t feel safe there and asked to be moved to a higher floor, which they kindly granted. The second room’s tile floors at the entry and bathroom were very sticky. I didn’t feel like I could complain again so I made do, and asked the cleaning folks the next morning to mop. The stickiness slightly improved. Also - I cut my leg on the exposed metal bed frame when I sat down on the bed. Not a great experience. The free hot breakfast was pretty good. Each of the 3 mornings I was there, they had eggs and sausage and all the carbs one could want.

I had a nice stay. Bed was comfortable, it was relatively quiet. Loved the hot tub and long pool was good for swimming short laps. Couch was stained, that was the only negative. Breakfast was decent and free!

This place was very quiet & clean. Nice hot tub & the pool water was warm. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. To top it all off, they are pet friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry baby at home. I would recommend for a nice stay. 🙂

The least appreciated aspect of this stay was the inability at the time to provide additional towels as requested. The best aspect was the on-demand immediacy of the hot water, and the wide variety of dining in the immediate area which was walkable.

The hotel was very well kept. The staff were very friendly and efficient and response to a problem with our tv was handled very promptly and professionally! The breakfast was very good and the staff taking care of the customers and the cleanliness of the breakfast room were top notch. Property is dated. No USB ports in the room, which is a huge inconvenience. Hot tub had a layer of oil/grease floating on top. Breakfast was pretty gross. Lots of areas that need to be improved.

I don’t have complaints other than, we didn’t have enough towels in our room and there were no towels in the pool are. The lady at the front desk was very timely and considerate when I had to go and ask for these items.

The customer service was top notch! The pool temp was perfect and very clean. The overall hotel was exceptionally clean considering there are renovations being done. The breakfast options and serving times were nice. My only complaint is the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
