“Great Friendly Service, Clean Rooms.”

My sisters and I went to this hotel to meet our cousins for a shopping trip. This is our 2nd trip there. It's very clean, the people are friendly that work there and everything is super close! Also, by mistake I left my expensive Philips Sonic Electric toothbrush in the bathroom and didn't realize until later in the evening. When I called the hotel and talked to the women she said the policy is to dispose of toothbrushes left behind, and it wasn't in lost & found. But, to call back in morning and she would talk to person who cleaned our room just to make sure. I thought for sure it was a lost cause. Well noon the next day I got a call from Kim, and the woman who cleaned the room saved it!! Thinking I would call. I was thrilled, seeing this was $80.00. Kim said she was putting it in the mail that day for me and not to worry. So that confimed to me they are a very good personal service hotel. We will definitely go back next year again for our trip with the cousins. Oh, another great thing is the free breakfast you get. Don't miss the pancakes, they are awesome! A machine makes them fresh for you so they are never cold. So good! Skip the eggs though : ) Very nice indoor pool also. Free internet, great AC. They even had 2 kinds of pillows on the bed. Firm and soft. Great place!

Our experience exceeded our expectations. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast bar had a great variety of hot and cold foods. We had a problem with the toilet and maintenace responded very timely. We definitely would use this hotel again.

“Satisfactory and Convenient to Kings Island”

Met our basic needs and was very clean. Hotel is only 15 minutes from Kings Island with simple directions. The room did have an overpowering air freshner scent when we arrived but is faded after a few hours.

No bugs. So it's wonderful slept well. Room was neat . Bathroom was clean which is important to me. The staff were so helpful and pleasant which I appreciate.

“Standard Holiday Inn Express”

Everything was pretty much as expected. Although the food was awful so expect to hit Bob Evan's just down the street for breakfast.

Hotel must be made out of 2X4's , 5 am heard people above, that must have weighed been overweight, but very load.
