“Family welcome”

The reason for the 4 rating for comfort and condition. Fridge cycling would make a horrible bang all night long and wake us up. Batteries for remotes not checked. However the King bed was very nice to sleep in. Pullout couch is well, a pull out. otherwise a nice stay, staff was kind and helpful. A Family hotel!

“Best in the Area”

We stayed during the Christmas Holiday of 2009. The property & rooms were in pristine condition. The staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The food was delicious & plentiful. My parents stayed 3 years ago when their house was being built and they had the same experience. We were impressed with the value for the price and recommend highly!

“Just Like Staying with Family”

I had a wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites South near Dayton, OH. The stafff always greeted you with a smile and kind words. Everyone was just so friendly and happy. The room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The grounds were well kept and clean as well. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone stay in the the Dayton area. Oh, and the fresh baked cookies made it feel and smell just like home.

This is one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was extremely well kept, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was the most extensive and best qualify we have experienced at a hotel that offers free breakfast. The hotel has been well maintained. It is the best hotel in the Dayton area, we think. You won't be disappointed!

“great place to stay in Dayton, like home, but with a lot less clutter.”

I had never stayed in this type of hotel and really liked it. My favorite parts were the layout of the room, the amenities in the room, the free and delicious breakfast. the friendly employees, the ease of intake and exit. We plan to go back and use this place again.

Everyone from front desk to house keeping to dining room staff did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Truly amazing service by very caring people! We visit Dayton, Ohio annually, and plan to return to the Homewood Suites by Hilton in South Dayton.

“Great His & Her hotel suite at a reasonable price”

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were outstanding! The his & her TVs permitted me to watch Monday Night Football in its entirety. The only downside (?): Fox Business Channel was not available...
