We certainly apologize that the hot tub was busy and not a quiet relaxing experience. We certainly hope that you will give us another chance the next time your travels bring you to Dayton.
It was great overall. Only complaint is that the bathroom doors do not offer much privacy. Barndoor style with opaque glass. Other than that everything was absolutely WONDEFUL!

We went for my daughter graduation from U of D. We found someone elses dirty socks on the floor in the corner of the room! The rest of the room seemed clean a d we had already moved all of our things in, so we didnt bother moving rooms or complaining. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious!

Maintaining a clean atmosphere within our guest rooms and common areas is important and I apologize that we miss some details. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping leaders to ensure this is an isolated incident.
Hotel is very nice and clean. Shower water pressure is insane! I had a hard time finding the coffee in the lobby the first day. Having to check out of the lobby convenience store at the front desk was inconvenient but not a big deal. Beds were incredible comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!!

This hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff was very nice, and the amenities were great. I liked that it had a pool, a restaurant, a gym, and a mini store. Overall, it was a great experience.
