Cons: Both of our rooms ( stayed 2 times on back and forth trips) had clogged tub drains. The staff had it fixed every morning but both rooms had clogs.
Location: Kings Island, Cincinnati zoo, National Air Force Museum
The room was clean, nice and roomy. The breakfast had variety and was easy to access. Nice size pool. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, close to the highway

Pros: The staff was amazing.
Cons: The smell of the hotel.
Location: The location was good, trying to get to the hotel was a little confusing.
Overall our experience was good, I didn't like the stale smoke smell in our room but the staff was super helpful. They provided us with wonderful insight of the town.

Was great overall only problem was the air conditioning in the room no matter what setting you use was on auto and would shut off when it was still warm.

Bathroom horrible!!!

We got there late after going to kings island. We had to wait 20 min for someone to check us in. Then when we got to the room the room itself looked fine but the bathroom was horrible. It had hair all over the floor and toilet and the floor was sticky. The bathtub was dirty and the shower head was held on by duct tape. I went. To the front desk to see if they would do anything about it, and no body was there. I waited 30 min. So I went back to the room and cleaned it myself. Then I found out the tub drain was stopped up too.REALLY!!! Pay the extra money for a better hotel.

Dirty room

Full garbage can in bathroom. Wet towels on tub. Locks on door upside down. Breakfast skimpy, floor really sticky. Bedding old and worn. Carpet in room had sequins all over the room, obviously not vacuumed . Overall awful

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. Everything you could want was available. Staff very personable and friendly. TV cable access was good.
Cons: Updated rooms, hallways, separate smoking and non-smoking wings, walls in hallways were dirty looking, floors around pop/ice machines nasty dirty.
Location: Good location for restaurants, shopping, Traders World. Decent travel time to Cincinnati area.
We've stayed at many Quality Inns. This one needs serious updating. No elevator, pop machines don't work on a Saturday night. Lights above bed do not work, lamp worked only after jiggling it. Bathroom mirror was not cleaned, you could see the wipe marks from previous when fogged over, shower curtain discolored at bottom, brown spots on it, hair in shower. Old carpet. Our door had been kicked in at some point, trim was still messed up. Smoking and non-smoking rooms mixed and scattered throughout building. Furniture in upstairs "lobby" was nasty. Entry was nice and new looking. strange overall layout of entire building.

Best buy for the money

I don't usually stay anywhere for less than $100 a night. This trip came up quick, I wasn't traveling with anyone except myself, so I thought why not? Friendly staff, clean,comfortable and spacious rooms. Gym was a nice touch and I used it. Pool was outdoors and out of season, oh well! Breakfast wasn't four star but it was good , staff was again, friendly and over an enjoyable experience.

Quiet yet dated

Pros: Privacy of location. Accessibility off highway. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Updating decor
Location: Near outlet malls
We were greeted by a pleasant staff and enjoyed a simple breakfast. The facility needs updating overall. Only disappointment was seeing stains on bed skirting and beds sagged.
