“Horrible quality”

Everything was outdated. The tv only got like 15 channels and the breakfast was horrible!

“Choose a nearby hotel next time”

The room service is bad, Coffee maker is dirty. Breakfast is just so-so. There are many good models nearby to choose instead (for low cost, go the Extended Stay Hotel which is better).

“OK hotel, whirlpool wasn't working”

The whole point of needing a hotel was to escape to a pool and whirlpool. Of course, the whirlpool wasn't working. Then when I attempted to go to the indoor pool, the maintenance man said he'd just chlorinated it. This was aggrevating. Breakfast spread was nice, but the attendant felt it necessary to vacuum while we were eating. The overnight stay wasn't quite as relaxing as I had hoped.

“Poor Customer Service”

The front desk was not friendly at all, I requested a non-smoking room when I made the reservation a month prior.When I checked in they didnt have any rooms left, so I got stuck in a smoking room for five days with my allergies and asthma.One of the days there I ran out of toilet paper,we called room service and they said they did not have anyone to take it up to my room,needles to say I had to use tissues. The location is great but I would have paid a litte more somewhere else to have descent customer service.I was in Ohio for my daughter's color guard championships,this is my 8th year attending.First time staying at the Ramada,will not stay there or recommend to anyone to stay there again.

If you like Italian,go to the Wine Gallery in downtown Dayton,very cozy and inexpensive,the food and the wine, delicious.

“Smelly”

When we arrived the room had a smoky musty odor. When I told the front desk about it I was given some industrial spray. We went out a bought a air freshener but it didn't help much. The towels every day smelled like they had been washed in chlorine and folded wet. But the room was very inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for

“Nice hotel”

Everyone was very nice at the hotel. The continental breakfast was really a full breakfast with sausage and pancakes.

“helpful staff, very clean”

We had a fine experience with this Ramada. The man working the desk was helpful with our requests, along with the other staff worker confirming. My father is elderly so being able to get two rooms (1 smoking, 1 non-smoking) close to each other was important and the staff made it happen. Thanks!
