Breakfast could have had more variety. Not much to choose from after staying other places with continental breakfasts

OK Motel

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Used to a higher quality of motel found in a Marriott. No blankets to be found in rooms yet air was set to very cold.

Over-priced, But It Worked.

Cons: Felt rundown, upgraded room TVs to HD.
Staff was nice, but it felt run-down. Automatically loses a point for a non-HDTV.

4th of july weekend

Pros: convenience of being close to my places I needed to be
Cons: Antiquated beds, carpets.
Location: Marion's Pizza, Close to downtown. Very close to the flea market (Sat & Sun)
3 day stay . The best part of the stay at the hotel was letting my kids go swimming and using the hot tub. Just how I remembered it 20 years ago when I was growing up in that area. The building has aged, as have the rooms. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Carpets throughout were the same antiquated ones I saw in there 20 years ago. The convenience of being close to my places I needed to be was a plus. Next extended stay I make in Dayton will not be at this hotel location.

Keys didn't work the first time, no coffee in the lobby in the morning. Sketchy area.

Dayton Ramada

Posted May 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
First - this is a very nice Business Hotel, every thing you need seems to be there, great pool, place to eat, pool tables etc, Our problem was with the Front lobby staff who appeared to be lost, and seem to have very little Hotel experience. Our room had many problems the latch on the door was falling off, the washroom had two dead lights, the washroom door handle was falling off, we were there for three days, and not once was the bed made,We were NOT expecting this from a Ramada Hotel, very sad, this Hotel was lacking in Maintenance and it showed.

Nice Family Stay

Posted May 28, 2014
The hotel is centrally located by the shopping mall and plenty of sit down family restuarants. The staff was pleasant and attentive. My reservations were made with ease.

Filthy

Posted May 19, 2014
Has the potential to be a decent place, but our rooms were disgustingly dirty. Carpets need cleaning, tile and grout need cleaning and the shower and tub were disgusting. There was a hole in the ceiling above the toilet that leak constantly. Couldn't even get extra paper cups without getting charged $2.00 for 4 if them. The tile floor around the pool was also very dirty.

The air conditioning was pretty weak as was the shower pressure. Also, the shower drain was really slow.

Great Atmosphere

Rooms were very clean, definitely worth what we paid. The owner, who we met at dinner, was an amazingly friendly man. We had a large service dog with us for our stay. The hotel was very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ohio.
