Nice hotel with reasonable price

Posted Jul 25, 2014
The hotel is clean and is also located close to highway 675, makes is easy to go to anywhere in Dayton. The cleanness of the room is more than I expected. I will stay there if I go back to Dayton again.

Adequate

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Everything seemed pretty new.
Cons: Mattress and bedding had a cheap feel. Better stuff here would be a big deal.
Location: Right across the street from Ervin J. Nutter Center. Speedway adjacent to parking lot (noise!). Restaurants and shopping in walking distance.
Room was nicely appointed. Mattress on the bed wasn't bad, but didn't feel like it was top quality. Biggest problem is lots of noise from outside (rooms all have outside entrance): If I hadn't been tired enough to sleep through an earthquake the noise might have been an issue.

Pros: Location, great room with desk, quiet.....a great deal. Price was excellent!
Location: Right across the street from the Nutter Center!
Friendly front desk person, nice to have coffee 24/7, right next to a gas station for papers, drinks, etc. Have two more stays at a Red Roof Inn this month, hope they compare to this one....very impressive!

Near the Nutter

Not a bad hotel.. 82$ taxes included.. for a king bed and a remodeled room. The outside of the rooms needed help.. water marks on ceiling .. garbage in hallways and stairways.. The 4 large tubs of dirty bed covers and sheets next to the elevator gave me a bad feeling before opening my rooms door. The room itself was clean and nicely put together. I would give it 3.5 out of 5

Very good motel. Easy access

Pros: Everything that we mentioned above. Can't say anything negative.
Cons: Wouldn't change a thing.
Location: Came to visit the USAF museum. Within 5 miles of the museum. Lots of restaurants close by also.
Made reservations a month in advance. When we got there, everything was just as we wanted. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, and well maintained. Very happy with our two night stay, along with great rates. We highly recommend this facility.

Pros: I liked parking right in front of our room & entering from outside without having to go through lobby & elevators
Cons: Our door would stick on the bottom, but they fixed it on the 2nd day. It must have been a smoking hotel originally because I could still smell smoke
Location: Great location. Everything you can think of you can get to in minutes

Nice room for the value

Clean, comfortable room. Loved the king size bed. Great place if don't need the fancy amenities, no breakfast but complimentary coffee.
