“Nice, quiet hotel for Dayton Hamvention”

rates were reasonable enough for the Dayton Hamvention week. Close enough to Hara. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Pop's (across the parking lot) was fine for breakfast. Despite being along I75, I found it to be quiet at night.

“Red Roof Collapse”

This is a motel that exists on the very cheap. It is old and very basic. When I arrived the phones did not work. It is located at the end of a strip that has no walking distance amenities so if you don't have a car you are stuck. Finding a cab willing to "come way out here" is terrible. I had arranged for a cab to take me to the airport. Never came so missed my flight. Receptionist provided not one iota of kindness ignoring my plight. Stay somewhere else if you can.

“Adequate Accomodations”

The room was a no-thrills accomodation, right off the highway, and close to the airport. The facility was a bit run down, but clean. There were no coffee makers, hairdryers or irons in the rooms. Highway traffic could be heard. The hotel is in need of updating, but was fine for a place to sleep for a night. The area is run down, but close to restaurants and places to grab a cup of coffee and something to eat. Nothing fancy, but a place to stop.

“Okay except for no late check out policy”

I was in town for the Air Force marathon. I had asked for a one hour late check out so I could take a shower before headed back home on a 13 hour drive. The manager would not budge, no way, no how. I was checking out on a Sunday and the hotel did not look anyway near being full. The room set up was nice, no complaints with the room, just the no budging on a one hour extension.

“Hairballs, Dirt, No soap/shampoo”

Don't even bother with this one. Although the price might be attractive, the cleanliness of the room was atrocious with several hairballs/dust mites under and around the bed. The carpet was stained pretty badly and it stunk of urine. Mattress was like sleeping on a cardboard box. No alarm clock. No soap for the sink or the shower. No shampoo. Cheap price, but even cheaper hotel. Spare the extra 20 and stay somewhere else

“Ok for the price”

This hotel was ok for the price but could have got the same service and room else where.

“ok for one night”

Got there late left early not a lot to say, it was ok for what we used it for.
