“nice stay”
Very clean and friendly service. Not a big breakfast, but sufficient.

Very nice, clean hotel. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was nice. I would stay here again, and recommend it to my friends.

“Unexpected "gem"”
At least 3 out of 4 stars should be the rating. It is extremely well kept for a budget hotel. Outstanding service at the front desk. Normally we do not stay at this level hotel, but we needed a "pet friendly" place for our "grand dog", and this place was available. We were pleasantly surprised by this "gem" and would have no problem recommending it to others.
“Perfectly fine, great value!”
I spent 3 nights, in town for a high school reunion. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was made up perfectly everyday at our convenience. No complaints!
“We will be back to Red Roof Inn next visit”
The hotel, pool, & room was very nice & clean! The breakfast bar was good too! We asked for extra towels & they got them right away with no problems like other hotels. The entire staff was wonderful to us & our pets! They treated our dogs very well, most of staff petted the dogs. We will go back to Red Roof Inn next visit to Springfield. I recommend this Hotel especially if you have pets!
“Good stay for the price.”
Friendly staff. Rooms small but clean. Need to update their internet password to be correct so no need to call front desk for correct passcode. Pleasant stay for the money and location/ WOULD stay again and recommend. Breakfast not the best BUT worth the stay and price again.

clean, better towels and mattress than I remember from a Red Roof of 15 years ago. Moderate design upgrades in hallways and room decor than expected for a economy hotel. Excellent customer service.
“My stay at Red Roof Inn”
Very clean, bathrooms are updated with granite countertops, undermount sinks, a generous sized refrigerator in the room, also a microwave... The staff was pleasant, breakfast was very satisfactory and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family~
“Pleasing , friendly Inn”
Since we had the grkids with us, we would have liked a larger pool and a hot tub, but we understand. The price was right and they were so kind about our little puppy, a Baschon poo. We enjoyed it
