Much better than expected given the low cost. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again.

“A home-like experience”

I would give this hotel about a four out of five rating. We wouldn't hesiate to stay there again but would check out the room prior to commitment.

“"Most comfortable beds"”

Location was great for us. Just off the highway. Room was decorated nicely. The room was clean. The carpets could be updated. The beds were awesome, comfort wise. The pool was clean. However, by the picture I thought it was an indoor pool. It wasn't, it was a partial enclosure. The neighborhood around the area seemed to be fine. The hotel was very quiet at night, no problems with noisy neighbors or crazy wild parties. Overall for the price a GREAT STAY. We will go back there again when we visit Dayton, ohio.

“Good Reponse”

When I first arrived they told me that I would have to pay an extra $5 a day for a refrigerator. I told them I didn't need it that bad and checked in to my room. When I walked in it smelled real bad but went to dinner. When I came back I noticed that there were ashtrays on the table and nightstand. I called the front desk and they said that Expedia had asked for a smoking room for me. I told them that I didn't want that and they changed my room. I moved up a floor and the room looked the same but didn't have the smell. Then next morning I received a wake up call at 6:15 am that I had not asked for. When I did get up I called the front desk and complained about this. Then while I was talking my phone cut off. The Manager called me back and apologized and the phone cut off again. I went ahead and left the room, on my way down the stairs the manager met me with a phone in his hand. He said he was sorry about the phone and the call. He also said that they were going to move me to a king size bed with a refrigerator. I told him I would not be back until later that evening and he said that I could move my things when ever I returned. That room was very nice. I stayed there the next two nights and had a good, quiet stay.

Our room was fine. A bit "dated" but served our purpose for over nite lodging.

For the price we paid the accommodations were way above standard. The location was perfect for our needs, the rooms were neat and clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. I would not only recommend this hotel, but I would stay again.

“good hotel for the Dayton Hamvention”

despite being right on I75 at an entrance ramp, it was surprisingly quiet. Also near the Dayton airport, I heard no planes flying overhead during evening and night hours. A number of decent restaurants nearby: McDonald's, a Waffle House and 'Hot Heads Burittos'. There were other restaurants in the area as well.

“MWS”

Signage from the main road was poor. The room needs to be remodled, starting with the shower. Desk clerk was not rude but not friendly either.
