“We would go back again.”

Had trouble with the toilet, not level, the remote control for the tv in the living room quit working even after we changed the batteries. The toaster didn't work. They were going to exchange our room for another one but since our stay was short, we decided to stay where we were and we had already unpacked. They were super nice.

“Great Quiet Place to enjoy on the beach!”

We had some unusual cold and windy weather, but no regrets when you just open all shades and stare at the waves and go on the balcony to hear the ocean. Loved having breakfast at the pier right next door ( Crabby Joe's) even sat by the pool a little while and soaked in the sun, after all it was in the 30's where I live. Visited St Augustine not to far away, Daytona Speedway, and the Boardwalk.

This hotel is worth the money. It could use a re-model, and some updating, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend to anyone who is on a budget, but still wants a clean place on the beach in a great location!

“Worth the price”

Found this place to be quite quaint and cozy. They had a special going on and the price immediately caught my attention, so I booked it right there and then! As far as cleanliness goes... The place is old but the staff does a good job keeping up. Unfortunately our bed sheets were stained and kind of gross. Good thing I brought a set of my own! The place smelled but again, the whole place is old. Whenever we took a shower the ceiling would kind of peel off and make our eyes burn. But in the end the place was quaint, great location, the kitchen was handy but all in all you get what you pay for. The staff is super friendly I'd come back again for a getaway weekend if I didn't want to spend so much on a hotel.  

“It is what it is!”

You can't expect a lot for the price you are paying and have a room on the beach. The building is old, in need of updating but a good location. Our room was on the fourth floor toward the back of the building(by the parking lot). But we still had an ocean view. The room was nicely decorated, somewhat clean and adequate for space. While we were there, the wind was extreme. So you could here the wind howling underneath the door...it sounded like a hurricane! I wouldn't stay here again. But for the price it was a nice location. It wasn't the cleanest...and it attracts the partying crowd. But since it's an older building, it's a little more sound proof from the partiers.

“JUST FOR THE MONEY YOU ARE PAYING ...”

Don't get confused, Its the right condo for the money you are paying. well located, next to the beach, good parking lot, but nothing else ..... Its a great option to lodging and pay fair. Take notice that doesn't have restaurant. You can bring things to cook (good condition kicthen) and refrigerate.

“Biketober Fest Stay”

I went for Biketober Fest. The parking area had roped off a dedicated bike parking area. Nice! Upon arrival I was "upgraded" to an ocean view, kingsize bed room. Nice! Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice! Arrived in room with a spectacular view. Nice! Pier was one building away and certainly a nice beach stroll to it. Nice! Had steamed seafood dinner and then omelet breakfast there the following morning. Could not beat the convenience. Nice! The highway in front of the building was under construction which made the road rough and accessing the parking area a bit of a hassle. Although the room had a kitchenette, the soda machine was broken. No ice machine. Room had a bit of a "smokers" odor. No blow dryer provided. Although I'd shop around before returning, overall I'd say the positives outweighed the negatives and would stay again in the future.

“Extremely comfortable budget suite hotel on beach.”

Great location on beautiful beach, convenient to fishing dock, restaurant. GREAT value for the dollar. Property staff is very friendly and helpful. Suites are clean and comfortable with lovely views on beach side. Great pool and beach just steps away... Would definitely return.
