“Great place for the price”

The room is a nice room for the price. Older hotel that has been updated successfully. I have been to some older hotels that think putting a new sloppy tile job in the bathroom is sufficient, but it seems that the owners of this hotel got the big picture. Great location. Just minutes away from Daytona, but far enough to get away from the noise at night. Perfect beach location. complaint There is not enough parking spaces for the number of vehicles that will fill the hotel when they're booked out, but they are gracious about people parking in odd spots. The oceanview rooms actually face perpendicular to the ocean, but because of the price and locaion, I couldn't complain. I think it would have been a little more annoying if I were on the first floor. Only other negatives. The room had a mini fridge but no microwave and our first housekeeper took literally all day to bring us requested towels. We saw her twice doing nothing and she scrambled to act like she was working on our towels. I think it was just her, not an entire staffing issue. For an AMAZING DINNER for a decent price, go to River Grille on the mainland. It's worth the short drive.

The location was great right on the beach. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Other guests we met were equally happy with this choice of a motel.

I was very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. It was much better than I had expected. Very clean and any service you asked for was promptly taken care of.

Good price with being right next to the ocean.Location is good for the smaller attractions like State parks,St. Augustine,and of coarse Daytona just being down the road.Larger attractions like Disney or Universal are about an 1 1/2 hr depending upon traffic going there.

“Spectacular Sunrise”

This is an awesome place to stay. The views were spectacular. The staff friendly and helped us immediately when called. The location was perfect with IHOP, Fridays, and other restaurants in walking distance.

“One of the best in Ormond Beach”

We had a handicap room. It was Large and very comfortable. However, we were right above the trash container and they pick up the trash at 8:00A.M. every day. Hard yo sleep but it must be done. The pool was wonderful and so were the patio chairs. Lots of shade for quests who can't take the sun. Housekeeping and maintence people were very helpful.

Hotel room spacious, beautiful, clean. Great location, close to everything, but not TOO close to anything. RIght on the beach. would and will definatelly stay there again.

We were in town for 5 days and it was wonderful. The beach were the hotel is situated is very clean and the rooms were very comfortable and large in size for the money.
