“Felt like home...”

We enjoyed a very pleasant, very relaxing weekend. The unit was very clean, very accomodating, the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was so cute!

“Under construction”

I booked this through expedia, so once we got there and weren't thrilled with it, we couldn't get any money back....the hotel is under renovations...every moning there was a man lift right outside our bedroom....walking out through the office we had to duck ladders...our room had recently been painted and new carpet installed, so that was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Shirley, the cleaning lady. If you want to swim in the winter, the pool is not heated, so this is not the place to come to in Jan...I'd call to see if the renovations are completed before I would book this hotel. On the plus side, it is right on the ocean, and we enjoyed walking on the beach. Hope this is helpful.

“Reminds me of an old time FL style hotel, try it!”

This is a small hotel with a great location. We were on the beach and lucked out to have the rental truck parked nearby. You must bring your own beach towel or can purchase locally. We rented beach chairs. $8 for the day for 1 chair. Not bad when the hotel was so reasonably priced. There was an ice machine at the pool area. If your looking for a bargain and don't mind a small room, older but clean hotel in a great location. This place is for you. Beware of the hotel connected to the Tiki Bar a mile or so up the beach. Scary! Try Panheads Pizza and the Gnarly Bar and Grill. Excellent food. Fun atmosphere. Chases beach bar is 2 buildings from Coastal Waters. Easy to get to, okay food.
