“Felt like home...”

We enjoyed a very pleasant, very relaxing weekend. The unit was very clean, very accomodating, the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was so cute!

“Great family accommodations”

My husband, 2 children (ages 3 & 5) and I decided to stay at Coastal Waters over the Memorial Day weekend. When we arrived I was told that we had been upgraded to a larger room with a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. We were extremely pleased with the room. My kids LOVED the large pool - so much so that we swam until 9 p.m. every night! This is a reasonable hotel right on the beach with a little playground nearby. Also it is safe for kids since you can walk over one block and there is no driving allowed on the beach. Nice, friendly staff and overall a great family trip!

“Cute & clean.”

Cure place. Only thing I would change is location of bathroom in king suite. Everyone had to travel through the bedroom to use it, disurbing the person sleeping in there.

“Under construction”

I booked this through expedia, so once we got there and weren't thrilled with it, we couldn't get any money back....the hotel is under renovations...every moning there was a man lift right outside our bedroom....walking out through the office we had to duck ladders...our room had recently been painted and new carpet installed, so that was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Shirley, the cleaning lady. If you want to swim in the winter, the pool is not heated, so this is not the place to come to in Jan...I'd call to see if the renovations are completed before I would book this hotel. On the plus side, it is right on the ocean, and we enjoyed walking on the beach. Hope this is helpful.

“Great hotel for staying right on the beach”

It is not the Ritz Carlton, but affordable and close to the water. Friendly, helpful staff. Crystal clear, clean pool. A great place to stay while at the beach!

“Be careful - NO elevators!”

There were only two negatives about this hotel: there is NO elevator (and both my husband and mother had a very difficult time using the stairs every time), and the bedroom did not have an A/C vent so that room was about 8+/- degrees warmer than the main outer room.
