Location: Right on the ocean, hard to beat
The hotel is older, but being right on the beach and the price were hard to beat. We would stay there again.

Location: Excellent beachfront location
We have stayed at Coastal Waters now for a 3rd year this spring break. It is by far in the best shape this year than before. New mattresses, painting is fresh and the property is upkept and clean. It's a great place for a family vacation.

Pros: No shoes required!
Cons: Some of the units need updating
Location: Right at the confluence of the driving and no car beach.
The hotel is an unpretentious beach place. Great place to spend a weekend or a week soaking up some sun. The location is great as it allowed easy access to both the driving and no car sections of beach. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Pros: Convenient to where ever you wanted to go.
Cons: Only 2 complains - the pool was't heated and the plastic on the matresses made a lot of noice when you moved.
Location: Very conveniently located to restaurants, gas stations, shopping. And wasn't so busy, made it very enjoyable.
We were very impressed with the hotel. Would definately recomend it and would stay again. We had the hotel room. Would go to the 1 bedroom with kitchen next time.

The only thing was the coffee maker had the old grounds still in it. Other than that We would return for another getaway(all the way from orlando).

I little older type of rooms, but clean and located in a nice location to the beach and other activities in New Symrna
