Smells smoke and damp

Breakfast was toast and westerly juices. No wifi. A/c leaking and carpet wet. Clients smoking on the hallway! If you want a MOTEL, book this one!!!!

Deception !

I saw in picture this hotel and looks very good, price seems like adecute to the photo . But Is another old stinky place where needs to be renovated from reception to last floor. Staf do what they can do but place not good enough for the 108 dlls that I spend . Elevators dirt and old , but those work! Halls to rooms look like hospital from Second World War with heavy odor like humidity, illumination white like funeral . Paint in walls in colors so depressive . Room stinky, have to change for other! Bathroom with dark hairs everywhere . Door with lot oxide. Aparience outside, glass not clean ! Pool is ok and nice! Location very good! Parking lot available across street . Beach acces very good!

In my opinion hotel was run down and staff not very pleasant. Numerous issues..left a day early due to issues.

Very Disappointed

Pros: Pool and Room view (big windows)
Cons: customer service and maintenance
I wrote a detailed review but it was rejected so I guess Ill shorten it a little. One of the mattresses was broke and sagged in the middle, Frig door was broke, Toilet tissue holder was coming out of wall, lost Electricity twice which meant No A.C., No hair dryer and No Microwave for several hours, Phone would not work, T.V. Remote would not work sometimes and Front Desk was not the most friendly. When I informed them of our problems, I was told "we have bigger fish to fry" We left a day early and We will not stay there again but I will say pool was clean and view was great from room.

Nice hotel on the beach for the money

Nice rooms and very clean. Only downside is that parking is across the street and you have to cross 4 lanes to get to the parking lot.

The Worst Experience Ever!!!! Never Again

The air was broken in room 404 and I specifically requested double beds ans was advised it wouldnt be an issue. There were three of us and we had a king sized bed. I was told it was a busy night and nothing could be done. ALL refunds and complaints must go through Expedia. It appeared as though they didnt even attempt to assist regarding my issues. I was miserable and we were piled into a bed with no air.....for 246.00. I would like a refund for t he miserable conditions such as the heat and the fact we did not receive appropriate accommodations.

Short stay,but enjoyed. Did not understand resort fee. We went to be on beach, not watch movies.
