Everyone was so nice and attentive. Rooms were clean, pool was clean i will definately come again.

Pros: not too much
Cons: all that was mentioned above!!
room was large but didn't have any coffee, tea, kitchen utensils, etc. only had 1 waste can.....only had one shampoo, seems trivial but really lacking in perks. for such a large hotel, breakfast was pitiful, not much of a selection, out of tea one morning, no waffle maker, no fruit--only a few orange slices, small seating. no balconies on rooms, a must for ocean front hotels!!! and windows were very dirty.

Rude staff and extremely outdated rooms

First off, there is no parking at the hotel. You have to park across the street in a lot, which isn't a big deal, but I would have liked to know that. Staff is extremely rude. Especially night staff. He hates it there and will let you know it. Rooms are dirty and outdated. The tub has torn up pieces and had water trapped under the tub so when you shower, you are bouncing around. The continental breakfast consists of toast and coffee. The wifi is so slow. They shouldn't even say they have it because you technically can't use it. Just overall not happy with this stay. I won't be back to that hotel.

The hotel was a complete disappointment. It was dirty, looked completely different from the pictures. There was no parking beside across the street and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Needs to be renovated before I would ever consider it.

None of the amenities advertised such as outside bar, inside lounger and snak bar. The continental breakfast was even a bigger joke. Even the kitty pool wasn't working and the pool didn't seem very clean.

The pictures were old. The pool wasn't heated. Breakfast was horrible, it was frozen waffles and box cereal. Counts sleep because the hotel doors were slamming shut.

Nice hotel right on the beach. Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator did not seem to be working very well, one out of service and the other extremely slow.

Hotel needs some updating

The common areas of the hotel need updating as well as some of the decor in the rooms. We lucked out and ended up in the 2 bedroom penthouse which was great. The views were amazing and we were right on the beach. The pool area is nice. Too bad the restaurant was never open.
