“Stay Here!!”

This hotel was completely renovated in Jan 2012. What a great find. Fantastic. On the beach, and spotless. It is not the Four Seasons, but it is excellent for a reasonably priced motel on the beach. Everything is brand new and spotless. Trust me, I've stayed at many motels in the Daytona Beach area while I visited my aunt who is in a nursing facility. You can't beat this place!

“Superb staff and beautiful guest rooms”

I was thrilled by the quality of the rooms here. More impressive was the staff -- everyone we came into contact with (four employees in total) were beyond accommodating. Even over the Daytona 500 weekend -- a crazy tome of the year! -- the property was in great shape. We got some solid "locals tips" at the front desk as well.

“Affordable & clean”

This is not a high end hotel. For an inexpensive hotel, it was very clean, comfortable, good continental breakfast. Had a nice clean pool and hot tub, access to ocean beach. For the price this was a great stay.

“NIce hotel for the money.”

This is a no-frills hotel. However, it is right on the beach and it has a nice (although rather small) pool and hot tub. I believe it was a very nice choice for the money. I would return.

“Great price for a nice room”

For the price I thought the room and its amenities were excellent. I have stayed at some real dumps at the beach and this place was very nice. The hotel website said it had been refurbed in 2012 which appeared to be true. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. The 2 double beds with kitchenette was roomy for my family to sleep and also to prepare snacks and quick meals. There were no bugs seen in the room which was not true of the "fancy" condo we had just stayed in!!!

“Hotel on Daytona Beach”

Satisfactory for the price and location. No elevator (Daughter recently had knee surgery and had a difficult time climbing up and down stairs). Stairs somewhat steep. Stairs and hallway very narrow. Rooms were clean. Bathroom door squeaked when opened. Very limited parking. Had to park across the street from Hotel. Opt up for kitchenette. They are the only rooms with an ocean view.

“Nice for a night or two.”

Was a little less than I expected, but not too bad. For a one or two night stay it's fine. Our room was ocean front but on the ground level so you really couldn't enjoy the 'beach front'. Everything was was clean except the carpet.Needs to be cleaned as my feet were black after just a little bit of walking around in the room. The sheets were very white and crisp. The bathroom was very clean. It did have a little kitchenette with new appliances. Overall it was nice. I would possibly stay there again - and ask for the second floor.
