Room was clean. No trash basket. Only one plastic drinking cup. Area on the property outside the room was kind of dirty. Needed a good sweep and pressure wash.

No service!! No soap in room!! No privacy!! Drapes barely cover windows!! When air conditioners fan is on the fan blows drapes up and allows for privacy to be affected!! No clock in room!! No phone in room!! Door handle comes off of door and has to be placed on again it just slips off and on. Filthy old carpet!! Shower doesn’t work correctly water comes Out of faucet and shower stream is not Full spray. Door threshold is dangerous to elders and I tripped 2 times over step to get into room!! Staff rude and unfriendly!! No continental breakfast to speak of !! Only cold cereal!! That’s for kids!! Travelers are mostly adults. Dry toast only no butter only had jelly for Toast. Coffee only. Very poor!!!! I wanted reasonable prices not a hole in the wall!! Microwave had 8 seconds flashing all The time and Tv time was off by 3 hours and housekeepers didn’t bother to correct time !! No electrical receptical For 1 lamp!! Housekeeping didn’t Bother fixing Mixrowave time either. Bad experience!! Will never stay there again!!

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room smells terrible. There is black mold all over the bathroom and around the door. The sink is broken. It looks like someone spilled a drink all down the wall that was never cleaned up. There is a hole in the wall where the table was pushed into the wall. The air conditioner is not cooling. Sleeping in the car would have been a better option.

Dated no frills hotel
It was a bed to sleep in and wake up early and get on the road again. Very no frills hotel. We booked in on Friday night and free breakfast was only from 930-1030am Saturday. We missed it bc we got back on the road at 6am. will never stay there again.

There was no hot water to take showers there was no heat from the air conditioning so it was freezing holes in the curtains people can see inside your room there was no refrigerator definitely worst experience I’ve had

Bad place to stay with family not recommended.
The people were very unfriendly, rooms have roaches, train passes by every 4 hours very loud, the people in other rooms have dogs barking all night and day. Every other room people are smoking pot stinks up the place. It's a real dump!!

First off don't waste your money, spend a couple dollars more and go some place else. This place is a total joke , they have very few of the amenities list no in room coffee the TV work but got no channels , there was a bad musty smell to the room also this place should be totally rehabbed it needs everything from carpet to furniture, it appears to be one of those live in motels and the people that live there are the worst types.I went to check out at 8am, you would think the office would be open because they are supposed to have a breakfast well no breakfast and nobody in the office , they finally showed up after 9 am and I had to use a slot to gives them the key back no thank you or anything else was said. Personally if that's the way they treat all their guests then Choice should seriously take a look at those place and the owner

This is one of my fav places to stay in the Daytona Beach area. You can’t beat the price when it’s not during bike week (>$300/night) . As soon as you walk in the lobby, everything you see says, “the party starts here!”.

The room was dark, the carpets were stained and felt dirty to the feet. There was a hole in the bathroom door that looked locked in. The tv sounded horrible. Beds hard as a rock 😩

We were glad to find a room for the night after having a bad experience at another hotel we had booked which left us with no reservation. It was disappointing that the breakfast wasn't served until 9:30 as most other places serve at 6 or 6:30. Then there was cereal, milk, coffee (no decaf coffee or tea) white bread to toast and jelly.As it was such a simple breakfast, I really could not understand why it couldn't be set out earlier. I left a shoulder bag at the hotel and the front desk was helpful in getting it mailed off to me once I had sent them a label from UPS, which I appreciated.

A lamp didn't work- went to the office to get a bulb, after putting the new bulb in, the lamp still didn't work- the whole outlet of 4 potential plug areas, was dangling from the wall, behind the bed. We left at 8:00 on Thursday, and went I went to the front desk to turn in the keycards- the door was locked, lights off and nobody around. I had to walk back to the room, open it up, and leave the keycards on the table in front of the TV.

Absolutely disgusting. The hotel literally looks nothing like pictures. The lobby had no AC and looked like a cheap liquor store with booze bottles and trashy lights. Counter was covered in coke cans. Both lobby bathrooms were shut down. There was no restaurant the door was sealed off and the patio was nasty. The room was full of patched holes, carpet had tons of stains, door didn't seal properly, stains all over the ceiling . No breakfast, staff wasn't there most of the time, no phone or clock. So much awful things but I don't have a year to list it all. Super disappointed and never staying again
