I was very disappointed after seeing this as an "excellent" rating on Expedia. It was not well kept and was not very clean. Shower door was broken and leaked water all over the unclean floor.

The front desk clerks were professional and very welcoming. Check in was a very easy process especially after a 15 hour drive. The room was spotless! Parking lot is well lit and over all felt safe walking anywhere around the premises. Will definitely come back!

Very Dirty
When we arrived late at night and got to our room, the toilet bowl was dirty and there was so much dust on all the furniture. We did have the service manager come up and look at it so she would know what we were talking about. I understand a lot of places are short staffed, but there’s no reason for that much dust when you’re paying this kind of money per night for a hotel room. I would never go back to this particular hotel I would never refer anybody here because it’s very dirty.

Great stay! Great location!! I was booked a room with hotels.com but didn’t have a room when I got to the location. Thankfully the young man at front desk felt sorry for me and gave me what they had.

Adequate with disappointments
This appears to be a older property that could use more attention. My first disappointment was a cramped shower without a tub and overall signs of age/wear in the bathroom and with room light fixtures (cracked and dust-laden lamp shade; one lamp nonfunctional.) I also found the mattress overly soft. Limited breakfast hours for a holiday weekend and the inability to accept Apple Pay contributed to lowering the value of this experience. I made this reservation only to coordinate with other family; If I ever need another hotel stay in this area I’ll make another choice.

Sheets were too small for the beds (however beds and pillows were extremely comfortable/5stars) Toilet would not flush correctly. Front desk was friendly and attentive 5stars. Tvs were small. Housekeeping was outstanding 5 stars. Breakfast was lacking flavor, however a good variety for free* Nice gym,laundry, Large pool and hot tub👍👍

No running water for the shower. Hotel hasn’t contacted me about a refund. I paid for a room with running water and amenities. I wasn’t offered a discount or refund and manager won’t contact me. Called and emailed numerous times.

Like most hotels that are this age, it looks worn, used and beyond ready for an update. The room i stayed in was clean enough but there was some debris in the shower that looked a little suspect. I always bring some kind of clener with me when i travel for occasions such as this though. Also, the refrigerator in my room didn't work. I only found this out when i went to remove the food i had placed in the fridge had spoiled. It wasn't all bad though. The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfy and the hotel was close to all the places i wanted to go.

We stayed here one night because it was close to our destination. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. He was taking a break outside. When we arrived at our room the door was open and all the dirty linen was on the floor. He gave us a dirty room. I had to return to the front desk to alert them and get another room. Again no one was at the front desk. I had to wait. The second room we got the shower door would not stay shut. We reported all this to both the night staff and the morning staff. The both said the manager would call me but no one ever called.
