Great resort on the Palm CoastPosted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: Great amedities; Super relaxing; Wonderful room
Location: This resort is ideal for relaxing but don't expect a lot within walking distance outside of resort activities.
Wonderful relaxing resort on Florida's Palm coast

Suite on the beachPosted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Suite design allows meals to be prepared and enjoyed, a welcome break from restaurant meals. Several pools, beach, golfing.
Cons: Big campus so be prepared to walk.
Location: This is a beach location. Golfing is near, beach, pools, restaurants on site. Good restaurants close by.
Just excellent. Three bedroom suite with full kitchen, dinning, living room and ocean view balcony. Excellent. The beach is nice, pools, cigar bar, golfing, just excellent.

Pull out sofa bedPosted Oct 18, 2013
Pros: The location. The room service.
Cons: More staff. We had room service because we could not find staff to assist ups
I was very disappointed could not even use it. Had to sleep on the sofa not the sofa bed. Also had to close the balcony door and not enjoy it at all. Due to others using theirs as a smoking lounge! Very disappointed. I do believed I paid way to much for all the inconveniences.

the best hotel for a family vacationPosted Oct 5, 2013
Pros: One of the things that I liked about this hotel is that everything was in close walking distance. And of course the view of the ocean.
Cons: One of things that can be improved is the cooling system in the bedroom. It was simply too loud. Also, a temperature in some of the pools.
Location: The location of the hotel is very convenient to everything, whether its shops, or dining out. Some shops can be reached in a short walking distance.
We stayed in Hammock Beach Resort for four nights and loved it. The staff were very attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The servers in Atlantic Restaurant were very friendly and attentive to our food preferences. Our room was great and had a feeling as if it was our home. The only negative thing about the room was the cooling system that was located in the bedroom. The swimming pools were great, except for one of the pools that was not warm enough. I personally enjoyed lazy river. Over all it was a great place and would in definite visit again in the near future and will recommend it to all my friends.

Already planning our next stayPosted Sep 18, 2013
We had an amazing stay. Great room overlooking the ocean, great food and close to the beach. Loved the pool too! You don't have to go anywhere to enjoy your vacation. Everything is right there. We will be back!

Amazing golf and poolPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The ocean course is arguable one of the best golf courses in Florida and is a real challenge for a serious player. The pool, waterslide and lazy river provide a great way for the whole family to relax and stay cool. If you are looking for a beach front getaway to play some golf it is hard to beat. The only downside is the surrounding area is very sparse.

Too expensive for the valuePosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Nice large bathroom.
Cons: Raise level of customer service to "resort" levels; get prices for food and drinks more in line with the value being provided.
Location: JT's seafood restaurant off-site up A1A is great!! Highly recommend.
Have stayed at several exclusive resorts before, and this one just doesn't stack up based on the prices paid. Waited over two hours for ice after calling TWICE (the resort has no ice machines, you must call down stairs to the bell station and ask for ice)...finally, I went down to them and begged for ice. Beach is small and has rocks; Lazy river is only about 20 yards around...like floating in a home pool. Prices for food and drink are very over priced...not much value (There is a Publix Supermarket up the street from the resort...stock up there! Staff is friendly, but no more than a typical hotel...definitely not up to the "resort" title. Overall...just a typical hotel that believes they are a high-end resort.

Birthday GetawayPosted Aug 22, 2013
Cons: There was absolutely no signage from Route A1A onto the side street so we missed it two times - even with GPS.
Location: Palm Coast had some nice restaurants.
I selected this hotel after viewing the selections on your site. It certainly lived up to the photos and then some! While we were there to visit St. Augustine, it was worth the drive to this resort as it was away from the crowds and almost pristine! Just a lovely hotel with great amenities, attentive staff and a good location!

Very RelaxingPosted Aug 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Room was very nice and comfortable even though we did not stay inside much other than to sleep. Amenities were excellent! Our boys loved all of the pools especially the one with the slide! Staff was always very helpful and quick to answer any question we had.
