We've stayed here several times and I forget her name but the Latina woman at the front desk always gives us a very friendly and welcoming greeting and the check-in process is always quick and painless.

Our room was ocean view with a balcony, which was very nice. Most homes and hotels in this area were damaged by a hurricane a few years back, unfortunately this hotel lost the pool. This was not disclosed when I booked the hotel. We were Very disappointed as I paid for a hotel with that resort feel

We didnt see anything online about no pool. Very disappointing

The only thing I don’t like was the pool was out of service

The air conditioning did not work. The room was ok and personal were nice. Parking was horrible
