Decent hotel. There was a bathtub in the room right next to the bed so that was a little weird. Otherwise it was fine. Little expensive for what it was in my opinion.

The hotel needs an update. Furniture, bath tub and surrounds are old and in need of an update, the entry door was stuck and the house keeper had to kick it to open and the entrance rug was very dirty! Additionally the breakfast items were very minimal and not very well taken care of!

This hotel was so dirty and outdated and musty and dusty. I cannot fathom how much I paid to stay here. Absolutely find somewhere else whatever you do. You have been warned.

You get what you pay for. The room was small, had a musty smell, there were holes in the bathroom wall unpatched. It just felt unclean. I guess the people across the hall didn’t understand the signs posted everywhere saying “no smoking” That was great smell to wake up to at 530 am!

Nice property but the proximity to the interstate makes the rooms on the back side noisy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Moisture issues (moldy smelling) in areas. Wooded area abutting the property a literal trash dump. VERY difficult to find driving entrance to the hotel.

Charged double the rate for race day weekend so I'll compare it to a $350/night hotel for which I was charged. As others mentioned, it is musty, very musty. Dehumidifiers were abundant around the halls and common areas so they are aware of it and obviously have been for some time. Other reviews mention the smell and this seems like a feeble attwmpt at mitigated it. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and moldy grout. The shower curtain was badly stained. The room was cramped and the bed wasnt comfy. Its legitimately the worst night of sleep Ive had in a while and my father felt the same way. No one uses the phone but it was gross and missing buttons. Breakfast was mediocre at best, its not hard to heat up frozen items and it tasted like such. Really just multiple signs of general neglect and lack of accountability or maybe its lack of concern. WILL NOT stay here again, WOULD NOT recommend. That being said, the few staff interactions I had were the only shining light

As this area is well known for its special events prices do go up as the demand does as well. We do have humidifiers in our hallways because this is Florida and unfortunately its an extremely humid environment. If there were any room issues I do hope you immediately brought it to the attention of our staff. We are more than happy to help if we know about an issue. For a pet-friendly hotel, I was thinking it may be run down. I was pleasantly surprised. However, they do spray the rooms with a very strong perfumed scent. It did trigger a migraine but I hear that is becoming more popular everywhere.

The LaQuinta in Port Orange was comfortable and nearby to my family. I had a clean room and the TV service was good. There could have been more breakfast options.

It's pet friendly, which is ok, but housekeeping did not do a good job. Room stank of urine. Also, a previous guest had used the ice bucket as a trash can and housekeeping had not cleaned it. The desk staff was efficient and friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The free breakfast was good, too. The only downside was the hot tub was just hot with no bubbles. All in all, a great stay!
