“Will Go Back Again”

We stayed in the Inland Condo - Ocean Walk which is quite new. We loved the location and didn't mind being across the highway from the ocean. It was just a short walk and the beach area was very nice. There was a nice pool and other recreation on the grounds. The condo was very spacious and nicely kept up. It was nice having a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

We stayed in the Seafire condos right on New Smyrna Beach. Being on the 5th floor made the views from living room and balcony exquisite. Being one street off the A1A hwy made traffic noise nil and created more privacy. Parking was ample since condos were not fully occupied. The weather {for late Mar.) had just warmed up so we could enjoy open door breezes and the soothing sounds of the surf as well as walks on the beach and sunning. Just what we hoped for!

The condo I rented was very nice and the reception and check in went very smooth. I recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful condo, very clean, and comfortable, we will be back. Very child friendly also. Pool area is beautiful and clean.

“Sea woods Condo”

Very nice place,secluded area but not too far away from places to visit. Little strict,but that keeps the place nice. I would have rather been on the ocean side, not across the street. Had all the neccessities you could think of dvd player and vcr combo was nice. Also having a washer/dryer combo was excellent. Had a great time.

“Will probably go again”

The condo we had was really nice. It was two bedroom with two baths and was very clean with everything that you would need for staying an extended time. We could walk to the ocean from that location. It also had a pool, tennis court, and exercise room. We were very impressed.

“This Condo For 2006's Biketoberfest Were Great !!!!”

Extremely pleased. I couldn't believe the low price & just knew that it was going to be some horribly rundown room because of it. The 3 BR condo was VERY large, immaculately clean (there were 7 of us-all able to stretch out after a long day in the lg. L/R before heading out that evening..not what one would expect as for the "condo beach" furniture either). Kitchen looked as if no one had ever cooked in there-all appliances were spotless..we were sorry that we didn't get to cook/eat at the lg. D/R table together but we had committed to other things this go around. The office staff had left plenty of literature on things to see, places to go, where to eat, w/ a variety of coupons, too, on the foyer table (the staff were very helpful & pleasant at both check-in/check-out, offering a later check-out, if we needed it). The beds were very comfortable (clean sheets, good pillows, nice comforters & blankets) & the rooms larger than what you would have had in any hotel chain; bathrooms were nice w/ fluffy, clean towels. We could have used a few more little soaps & the shower curtain/liner didn't want to stay on the hooks, leaking on the floor but that was no real dilemma. We wished that we could have stayed longer to REALLY enjoy our accommodations-it was SO nice that we hated to leave to go anywhere else..very quiet location, great landscaping, nice ocean walk trails to the beach. We'll definitely go back next spring & have already recommended it to several of our friends.

This condo was well equipped, clean and very nicely decorated. We loved it.!

“Clean and Convenient!”

It was so nice to have the space! From a hotel room to a condo- for the small increase in the price difference between the two- you can't beat it! Our kids are 10 and 11, and they were very happy to have not only their own kids room, but to have their own beds on vacation as well! We used to get the regular hotel room, with 2 queen beds...But after seeing how much more we enjoyed and relaxed in a condo, we'll definately stick with this instead! One thing to remember is that every condo is privately owned, so you really don't know what it will look like exactly. The only negatives (and they weren't that terrible) was that the DVD player didn't work, one of the lights were burned out in the master bathroom, and the counter in the kitchen was oddly shaped, leaving a cramped space when entering the kitchen, and no entry when the fridge door was open. *And lastly....the construction next door. They are building a beach house restroom; and they start EARLY with hammers and nail guns:) But not earlier than the garbage trucks, that come and empty an entire commercial sized waste bin of GLASS bottles into the trash hopper. We actually turned this into a joke of sorts, when hearing that glass shattering outside our window, we'd look over at one another and laugh. Other than those minor inconveniences, we had a great time.

“Great for family vacation”

The Condo was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nice area. Could of used some updating, but was still pretty nice. I would recommend this place and will probably return.
