A couple of days with my daughterPosted Nov 14, 2013
Location: It is about one mile south of the center of Daytona Beach.
We were so impressed with this facility from the time we signed in till the time we signed out. Aside from being on a beautiful beach, they had 3 pools, one inside with a hot tub. The Tiki Bar was delightful as we could have a beer while listening to the ocean. The rooms were large and had a small full kitchen - what a surprise. There is a wonderful restaurant at the corner of the property that had as good a breakfast as any I have ever experienced. Also, the hotel has a donut room that has free homemade donuts (about 20 varieties), coffee, and juice. I shall return as frequently as I can, and would recommend it to anyone.

All for handicap accessibility but not neededPosted Nov 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The office staff was pleasant. Our room was wheelchair friendly, but we are not wheelchair bound. The closet only had hanging rods for wheelchair needs. We had no where to hang our clothes.

Rooms very variedPosted Nov 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The first room they put me in was under the stairs, next to the ice machine, window overlooked where people were sitting so I had to keep all shades drawn. I asked for a different room, they gave me one that overlooked the ocean with a balcony where the sun rising over the ocean was my wake up call. The place is a little shabby, they're doing lots of renovation, and the parking lot is really tight. But my view of the ocean, if you have the right room – it was beautiful.

Hotel close to the beachPosted Nov 4, 2013
The staff was very nice. There was a lot of space in the room but not a lot of space in the bathroom. The internet wasn't working properly. It kept going on and off. We had a room with a balcony, oceanfront. The complimentary breakfast is donuts, tea or coffee. The beds didn't have a comforter just 3 different sheets. The indoor pool was very big and their spa was very big as well.

my trip to Perry's with 2 teenagersPosted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: great view, clean, great facilities, safe
Cons: surveillance in the stairwells
Location: IHOP, Winn Dixie, souvenir shops, the pier, Daytona Speedway, shopping at Volusia Mall and Bellair Plaza, good restaurants/
we were there the weekend of Biketoberfest, had a great time, the teenagers used the pools and hot tubs a lot, as did I. Wonderful trip, wonderful memories.

When we were first arrivedPosted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: It was right on the beach and close to all the places we were to see.
Cons: Maybe a better breakfast.
Location: We were there for biketober fest and we were close to all the events.
When we first arrived and we were checking in the staff at the front desk had to be the friendliest people I had to deal with in a long time. Going to our room we were a little worried the building looked kind of old, clean and neat but old. As soon as I opened the door all my fears were gone. The room was spotless and smelled cleaned. The bathroom was also the same. I would recommend Perry's to all my friends and family.

Friendly ServicePosted Oct 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Friendliest staff I have met since coming to Florida. We had a great time and felt right at home. I wish there had been more for breakfast aside from donuts but they were homemade. Small parking lot but no problem finding a spot ever.
