“Great Place to Stay”

This hotel was very clean. It had nice rooms and is in a good location. It had the cleanist pool I have ever seen. I recomend and I will stay there again.

“Great hotel”

Everything has been remodeled, so you will get pretty much a new room! The room we had had a spectaular view of the ocean, which was awesome! It had 3 pools, and one of them was indoors. This was great because the weather was kind of cold, and there is also a large hot tub. The only issue was maybe the quality of food around the area...not very good. And on Sundays mostly all good restaurants in town stop serving at 9pm. Also, there is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner, and the front desk is not very helpful or knowledgeable about what's open or where to go. Daytona seems pretty laid back, and some places a little tacky and old fashioned, but generally the people felt polite and nice.

“Looking forward to go back again”

The hotel was very nice - clean, comfortable, etc. The location is great - right on the beach & convenient to everything on the strip. IHOP is right across the street & a new resturant (I believe that Perry's owns it too) is next door. I have only one negative about our stay. The parking is a premium. They have extra parking across the street, but one night it was filled, the onsite parking was filled & we ended up leaving our car parked in the IHOP parking lot. Wasn't happy about that, but otherwise we had a wonderful stay & vacation. We are planning to stay there again next year.

“Very Impressed with the resort! WIll be back!”

Loved this resort! Not to mention the THREE pools, also they make yummy fresh doughnuts daily for breakfast. Rooms were clean, common areas well kept. I had a room with a full kitchen so I could prepare food for the rehearsal dinner for my son and his fiance. It was very easy to work in and made things so much easier for me. Came for the wedding weekend, but will be back for a vacation! I am sold on Perry's!

“Not a corporate chain”

Definately not a "chain." This is an older hotel & it shows it's age in places. (just as we do) Room was clean & comfortable, building & grounds were very well kept. We enjoyed our stay immensly even though parking was somewhat troublesome at times even though there is a parking space for every room. (Blame that on inconsiderate guests inviting guests) I could nitpick every imperfection I saw, but for what reason? Every "Chain Hotel" I have stayed in over the last several times had a bathtub that didn't drain properly. On a side note, unless you are in Daytona for a specific event, don't go during those times unless you want a less than pleasant time. Especially Spring Break & Black College Reunion.

“24 Blissful Hours”

Can'twait to return. The staff upon arrival was friendly and very accomodating. The pools were so clean, roon was great, bed comfortable, ver impressed with the indoor pool, it was beautiful and warm, with green tropical plants. This hotel will be our favorite, better than the Hilton.

“Great Hotel!!”

We stayed @ Perry's for Bike Week, our room overlooked the indoor pool and gardens... Were amazed at how nice it was, beds were very comfortable and having the kitchen area, walk-in closet and balcony was really nice too! We've stayed @ other Daytona hotels and none have compared to Perry's... Staff was very friendly and helpful... Overall, we will be back next Daytona vacation!!

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was very clean and the room was oversized and very comfortable.
