Check in and check out went smoothly and it seemed like a nice place. However, I woke up with bug bites all over my left arm. I didn’t see signs of bed bug but something bit me during the night there. Would recommend paying slightly more to avoid the problem.

Gina, who works the front desk, was so pleasant and accommodating! We had issues with the plumbing in our room and didn't hesitate to switch us into another room. As female travelers, we felt safe and secure. Truly an asset there and made the stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It seemed busy with all of the cars but the stay there was nice and quiet.

The staff were AMAZING!!! Helped me whenever I needed anything. Their overall property was always kept clean , and tidy. The only time I seen trash was from a family who left all their trash in the pool area and parking lot. I would definitely stay over again !

We loved how affordable our stay was for what the red roof inn provided us with! The upgrade was well worth it! Room was very clean and comfortable! Would recommend the upgrade to the pillow top mattress!!

Property is located in a nice area of Palm Coast. Clean,staff was friendly there is no breakfast, but the coffee in room is very good. Beds are comfortable would definitely stay again.

Questionable people were hanging around and in the hotel during our stay. This made us nervous. We had to cut our trip short a day and were promised at check-in we would be refunded by the desk clerk. When we were leaving we asked a different desk clerk and told absolutely not! We will not stay at a Red Roof again.

Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean, we slept so well and felt taken care of. My only issue was that the AC unit in our room wouldn't blow anything but cold air, which was a bit disheartening, but we were able to bundle up and survive the cold.
