excellent food everything right in the villa very friendly something for everyone.

The place was clean and very funtional. There was no pool while we were there, but everything was very relaxing and conventent.

“I would go back again”

I would stay here again although it could get a littly noisy at night with the activities going on below. Service could have been better, had to call for towels and the hot water heater for the shower needs to be turned on. Overall, I was happy with the place!

“Terrible No Service, No one on site”

They must be going out of business here. No staff on site at all. No one to fix anything that is broken, and if your locked out, well your sleeping in your car. No supplies in room, there was one less than half roll of toilet paper. No parking..

“hotel service is non exsistent”

Our luggage and laptop were stolen out of our trunk of the rental car which was parked in the hotel garage. It turns out they have no security camera or policy regarding theft of belongings yet there are NO signs posted.Guy at the front desk was absolutely useless.He didn't even ask my name or say he was sorry. Could not use the internet in the front office because they were waiting for repairs.Pool was under renovations and tennis courts as well. We asked for an iron twice and never got it. Gave up and went out wrinkled.

the service hereis virtually nonexistant, if you go here you have to pretend you are housesitting at somebody's apartment and you need to fend for yourself.

“Service Awful. Room Nice”

Nice concept with the village shops ---however, we will NEVER stay at this place again. There was no staff on site to address issues. Lobby was closed for renovation and person at realty shop that was supposed to handle issues was not on site 99% of the time and ignored numerous messages that were left. The maid would only leave one towel for two people. Supplies used were not replenished (coffee, soap). Sink and bar glasses were left dirty every day. The remote for the TV was missing. The light bulb outside our door was burnt and we had to try to put the key in the door in complete darkness -- this was very dangerous. Lighting outside in the parking area was extremely poor. Signage for the hotel was virtually non existent. We had to tote luggage across retail shops and literally hundreds of people after twelve hours of driving. Other people checking in were also complaining. Every day we left messages when the attendant office was "unattended" and every day our messages were ignored. Service at a 1 star hotel would have been better than this!
