“Like being with friends”

Greg and staff were friendly and polite the entire 4 day stay. The room was clean and cool when we arrived and since it is an older motel the walls are thick which made it quiet inside. The pool was clean and well maintained and being located right on the beach side of Daytona there was easy access to the beach. Thanks Greg and Kat for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

“Ready to go there again!!”

I was very impressed with my room. The office staff was wonderful, took my bags in my room, told me where to go for breakfast and a wonderful 4**** dinner!! The night staff saw to my every need, being handicapped. The room was very spacious and comfortable as was my bed.

“Enjoyed our stay!”

My family and I enjoyed our stay and plan on going back. We liked the convenience to the beach without spending a fortune. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would be nice if they including something other than what was offered for their continental breakfast. The bathrooms were clean but the showers a little hard to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we are definitely thinking on coming back at another time. Perhaps the oceanview rooms!

“Great hotel for themoney”

Hotel was great and front desk staff was wonderful!. Only complaint would be the parking which was very tight. Beds were SUPER comfortable-better than my mattress at home. Fee for pets was reasonable, and I'm going back.

“Good for the price”

Location location! The beds were very comfy. The staff was awesome friendly and very family like. My only complaints are: Dirty dirty rugs and that continental "breakfast". If you are looking for luxury the move up the price scale. But if you need to get away to the beach for a fair price then say here (just wear your shoeson the rug!)

“Not impressed”

The hotel was OK but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend or return. The water pipes were old and the water can in slow and our first not the shower did not work. Because it was a last minute trip we stayed.

“Never Again”

The two people we met at the front desk were very pleasant. The pool area was o.k. And, the sheets on the beds were clean. Other than that this motel is run down and badly in need of repair. BADLY. Apparently pets are allowed in all rooms and it shows, especially on the carpet which is filthy. We were pleasantly surprised that we got a decent night's sleep and happy to leave the next morning. I don't think we would have stayed a second night even if we had prepaid for it and had to forfeit that money.
