We loved our stay here! The room was huge, almost like an apartment, with everything that we needed. We had a deck with a view of the ocean, there was a pool and a hot tub, there were games and activities and it was easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room rate was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

Did not appreciate pool was ice cold and no one hardly used it they said they don’t heat it until Nov 1 So folks before the suffer and don’t get to enjoy the pool

Had great ocean view. Received two calls prior to check in ( Bryan and his wife) just checkin in on us to make sure check in moves smoothly. Just remember if you don’t bring food to prepare in the room , you are going off property .rooms come complete with full kitchen set up.

Very nice place, Plenty to do. Underground garage so glad we didn't take our truck It would have been to tall to park under there. They do have a small section for bigger vehicles but It was limited. Would stay here again.

we loved the Beach view and the outdoor pool. Nice Tiki Bar by the pool with great prices on drinks. Parking not good for full size trucks. They had underground parking for most cars. Very few spots out front for large vehicles. I parked and walked to where I wanted to go.

Amazing views and perfect location. We had a two bedroom condo. It had all we needed (I’m sure it would have a bit more without Covid). Our one and only complaint is that the furniture isn’t very comfortable. Not awful but does lead itself to relaxation. We will be back. Great visit.

There was no indoor pool there was security walking around that was very intimidating Made you feel very unsafe also my fiancé fell on the floor and sprained her wrist almost cracked her head open because we had white tiles and the washing machine was leaking there was a huge puddle on the floor And she did not see it

The first room had roachs so they gave us another room in a different part of the building and My son slept on the hide a bed couch and got ate up by bed bugs I called to find out what to do before we got home the lady never called me back if you stay here there not gonna help you with any problems I wouldn’t of left a bad review if the manager would of responded to me

Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Views of the ocean, even though first level and behind deck activities. Pillows were very uncomfortable, bring your own if you can! Overall just what we we needed for a weekend getaway.

Last minute get away. Property was very clean and the room was beautiful. The ocean view was amazing! We booked this hotel mainly because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. After checking in, we saw due to covid they were closed. The website should have had posted all ammenity closures. They provide one coffee pouch for your entire stay no matter how long. They charge $1.00 for each additional pouch. We had a mini suite that we accessed through a common door shared with a second suite. The first night we heard our suite mate locking the common door with the secondary lock. If we were out, we would have been locked out of the room. We also feel it necessary to point out that the bathroom sink had very hot water, but the shower did not. There was a restrictor on the handle so it could only turn a quarter turn. Warm was at best. We did thoroughly enjoy the miniature golf and shuffleboard, and very quick and easy access to the beach. Restaurants in the area were very friendly.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. Unfortunately our indoor pool and hot tub remain closed due to ventilation and Covid-19. Each guest is provided with a starter coffee packet at check-in as you indicated. Many units in our North tower are accessed via a common door, such as the studio you had resided in. Water savers are in place however should allow the water to reach a high temp. I am very happy to learn that you enjoyed the onsite miniature golf and beach access however apologize for any inconvenience incurred during your stay

Beautiful property! Lots of things to keep adults and kids busy! Very clean rooms, hot tub, and pool! Plenty of chairs to lay on the deck and a beautiful view!

I apologize that you had water under your door as we are in the process of changing out our doors with improved weather barriers. Our indoor pool and tub is current closed due to Covid-19 however the outdoor amenities remain open. I sincerely hope to have you back with us in the future.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit. The pictures online were misleading in regard to the view. You would need to be in the closest unit to the ocean to get that view. I mistakenly thought I was renting that specific unit.

The customer service at this hotel was the pits! The lady behind the desk was rude and ridiculous. This place is in desperate need of a facelift. Bathroom jets had mold in them, we asked for a 1/2 hour late checkout and they said they could not accommodate that. Meanwhile I stayed at 5 other hotels since Covid and anytime we needed anything they were gracious to do it. I would NOT ever book here again.
