“Recently remodeled”

My wife and I wanted and inexpensive quick getaway and this fit the bill nicely. Some reviews were a bit sketchy but we got a great rate so we took a chance and were glad we did. The motel was recently remodeled with new paint all around and our room had new carpet, paint, tile, tub and sink. We got a double room because it was just us but were pleasently suprised that the bed was at least a queen. The room was small but fit our needs and had a mini fridge and microwave. Also unexpected was a sofa with a pullout bed in it though if you used it you would have to move some stuff around. The pool area looked descent but we did not get a chance to use it because of weather. There is a crosswalk to the beach in front of the motel and we could even see the ocean from our window, it is a little over a mile from the Ocean Walk area. Check in and out was quick other than that we did not have any requests so don't know how anymore customer service would be. The pillows are very tiny so bring your own. This is your basic older motel/condo type place with a fresh remodel so if your looking for alot of amenities or luxury probably keep looking but it was a clean inexpensive stay and I would be go back again.

A very good motel for twice what I paid. Service was great and the motel clean.

Although this was an older hotel, you can tell it was updated at one time, and very nicely. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The price was fantastic. Just to bad you had to walk around the building to get to your car, but not too inconvinent. I just though it was weird someone from the staff goes around to each room around 9 in the morning asking if your checking out today. Hey check at the front desk and figure it out, the place isn't that big. I had just gotten out of the shower. Eweee. Shouldn't be bother like that. Sure would have been nice if had a coffee maker in the room.

“Good Hotel”

This hotel is located at a nice location. Stayed here for just one night so cannot comment on the housekeeping service. Has Wi-Fi connection but the speed was not consistent and signal kept varying.

Perfect for 1 night stay. Good price. Nice staff and the beach is right across the street.

Rooms look to be recently remodeled, with fresh paint, new(er) furniture and nice appliances. Building has probably been on the strip since the 50's, but was neatly kept. Front desk clerk was polite and efficient and there's a ton of parking (rare in Daytona). My only gripe is that you park in the back of the building and have to drag all your junk around the entire U-shaped building. Overall, a great value (at least in the off-season), right on the main drag, across the street from the beach (you can see the ocean over the empty across the street) and within walking distance of the tourist traps and most of the restaurants and bars. Good spot.

This hotel seems to be recently remodeled. The room was kindof small, but the bathroom was good sized. I would go back.

Average motel but great price and location! Nice pool rooms are clean. micro and fridge but no table. All in all this is a good place to stay...We will be Back.
