quaint place to stayPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: The décor around the pool and building was nice.
Cons: corridors to and from parking areas. A real ice machine. Coffee in room or front desk.
Location: across the street from the beach. Only a few blocks from pier.
While not what I had expected , It was OK. The layout was a bit of a hassle to walk around the hotel to get to the room. It is NOT on the ocean. It is on the other side of the roadway. No coffee available at the hotel. I paid $64.00 a night through Expedia when on the sign out in front of the Motel it offers $45 a night stay. Bed mattress was dated and cheap. I got what I paid for.

Not pleasantPosted Aug 14, 2014
First room had bugs, second room ok no soap, no windows. Outside room was pile of rubbish. Charged 25cents for ICE. We will NEVER EVER stay there again and will tell friends.

Never stay here againPosted Jul 31, 2014
The staff not friendly at all! Asked where was a good seafood place he pointed to the left... Yeah very helpful. We walked to the beach from the hotel, very sketchy people everywhere. We drove around the next day and found ormond beach, very clean, free parking and lots of people around never felt like we were going to get robbed. The bathroom curtains had blood stains, the sheets had stains all over them and pillows too, thank goodness we brought our own pillows and blankets, and towels. The room is tiny felt like we were in an efficiency attached to someone's house. The price is what you get though. I'll rather spend $100 more and stay at a known hotel then wonder if a roach was going to crawl all over us. If you can't afford a nicer hotel, save for the trip this place is gross. Never staying at a motel again!!! First and last time!!!!

Pros: it was clean and the owners were nice.
Cons: they could do a breakfast bar, or put a coffee pot in the room
Location: It was far from the boardwalk
I was suppose to be staying on the beach but the hotel was across from the beach. I could see the ocean from my room. My room was very clean and upgraded even though it was an old motel. It was very pleasant. I wish it would have had a breakfast bar, or coffee that would have been nice. I did have a small frig. and a microwave..and the pool was nice.

Worst motel I have EVER been to....Posted Jul 15, 2014
Location: ok location, just have to cross street and beach is there
the room was like a broom closet.. barely enough room for the bed. shower was dinky also. i mean clean your comforters never seen so many stains and rips.room door was basically in an alley. pictures of this property are very deceiving ,probably taken 40 years ago.thing that really bothers me is we left Heritage inn to be closer to the beach and paid almost 20 dollars more for nothing. book Heritage inn and drive the 5 minutes to beach trust me its worth it.

The old maid unlocked my door without even knocking and walked right-in with me being Naked!--I alerted the hotel Management that the TV was not working, when I checked-out the room, he finally switched me to another room after an hour of him trying to figure-out the TV's Problems! Took too long to switch me too another room!--Not happy with THIS Stay AT ALL!!
