Pros: The view from the back deck, the fire pits and the Tiki bar outside.
Cons: Internet service, food choices,
Location: Ponce de Leon lighthouse
The resort was very nice- not really walking distance to anything - They charge $15 per day for internet which is very difficult to obtain. The front desk instructed us to follow the directions though the internet service was intermittent. A lot of money to be charged and not be able to access.

Very nice hotel located on the beach

Pros: Very accessable to the beach. Very clean, quiet and roomy rooms. Excellent spa services.
Cons: The hot tub was not in working order -this is the second time that I have stayed there and experienced this problem.
Location: Excellent restaurants, parasailing, canoeing, miniature golf, shopping, shops to get "Daytona Beach" wear
Hotel staff very accommodating-although it is a no smoking hotel when we were shown to our room, it was obvious that someone had neglected to follow this rule. We were immediately taken to another room. Valet parking staff always asked if we needed directions when they brought our car around to us. I was not aware when I booked this room that it did not have a balcony. I booked an ocean-view room and assumed that it had a balcony as the room that I had previously booked had. However, this time the room had a view-but no balcony. The windows were also sealed so no ocean breeze : (

Cute boutique hotel!

Classy and well decorated boutique hotel. Staff at check in (Jeff and Dimple) were very unaccomodating and seemed bothered to have to assist. Very poor customer service from both. Getting answers was like pulling teeth. Other than that, the rest of the staff was great. Pool area and beach were wonderful!

Hotel set for pampering

Facilities were superb, although I would have liked more time to enjoy the spa as well. The setting inside and out were very well organized and comforting. It would have been nice for the staff to have more eye contact and to share a smile. I also experienced 3 of 4 menu items not being available for dinner, but the breakfast omelet was delicious. The most disappointing experience was the shower basin feeling up and not draining so readily, so the rain shower had to be cut short.

Nice, quiet place to stay

Place was nice. Away from strip and in quieter area. Sat by the fireplace at night, very relaxing to hear the waves crash! There was some construction but they were upgrading and it didn't take away from our stay.

We were happy with the room and hotel amenities. My wife has a nice spa service. We were not happy with the check in, dining service (took 2hrs for dinner) and our room was not cleaned properly while we were there. Need to work on their service, then we will be back

Anniversary spoiled!

I called ahead for special room arrangements, champagne, fruits, flowers, specific floor etc...even though all the notes were in the computer, none was done and we had to wait for the room and did not get the floor requested, the flowers were old and the fruits looked as if it was picked from the trash...very dissapointing
