“A perfect family vacation!”

I really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. We had a party of six and plenty of space! The condo was very clean and the staff was very hospitable. When we first arrived we had an issue with the water, but once they found out the problem was rectified immediately. We will definitely plan another vacation at this location; I highly recommend this facility!

“We had a great experience”

We had a great experience, hotel was great, view fantastic! just one thing can be improve, the WiFi networks has much to be desire, bearely a connection, besides that, we had a great experience and we recommed this hotel to anyone that has a family of 4 or more, anybody for that matter, but if you have a more than 4 , the room are very spacious and accomodating!

“wonderful accomadations for the family”

The Tropical suites were great...We arrived after 5pm so we had to call to get number to the box to retrieve our room key...Was not happy that there was no one on duty to talk to after we arrived....thanks to some of the other residents there , we were able to have some of our questions answered...the rooms were great....the view was awesome......the name on the resort did not match the name on our itineray....should had warned us about this..all in all it was a wonderful experience...thanks

Great suite for a family. Beautiful view! Did not see any staff members until we were leaving. Very strange check-in procedure. Overall- very nice.

“Sunglow Resort”

If they take care of my suggestions it would be great. This only the room I stayed in. We like the hotel very much. Would stay there next year at the same time.

“rip off”

The room was very old and dirty. It was not worth what we paid at all. I was very disappointed with the room and will not book it through expedia again. There are rooms their that have been updated but to get those you have to book through the hotel direct.

“Every room comes with a free case of unclean!!!”

The check in process is a bit of a pain. You have a 2 hour window, after that, the desk staff is gone. It appears that the rooms are individually owned condos. Any repairs that may be needed are the owners responsibility and all the desk staff will do is send an email to the owners for you. We arrived to a dirty room. There was hair in the showers in both bathrooms. We found old food under some of the furniture. The rooms were poorly maintained. Walls were scuffed. Baseboards were missing. The beds were old and noisy. we actually put ours on the floor just so we could sleep. The biggest thing though: the sink in the kitchen leaked all over the floor. The plumbing just separated. I was able to temporarily fix it myself, but we still notified the desk staff. After 4 days, it was still unfixed as we left. I find it necessary to also point out, there is no maid service. If you need fresh towels, you have to take them to a laundry room(located on only 2 of 10 floors)and wash them yourself. Finally, the rooms are poorly secured. Outside walkway access. Dead bolt only for locks. Our door had obviously been drilled a few times before. No anti pry device on every door. If someone wanted in, it wouldn't be that hard to do it. View was nice...kinda hard to screw up nature. We will not be repeating our stay there.
