Expect no frills or service.

Pros: view
Cons: everything
Location: Great location, but needs to be managed better!
If you want just a view that's all you will get! They solicit you constantly to attend their time share meetings. No service at all! The people are rude if you have no intention of buying a time share or condo itself. The rooms are out dated and decorated with flea market furnishings. A cassette player! Really!!!! Dirty bathrooms and mice droppings in the kitchen don't exactly equate to quality. Never again!

Family resort / timeshare

Facility needs updating - time share - horrible sleeping sofas - all rooms below a delux face inward - poor wifi connection - only good thing is the location.

Great Experience!

Pros: Outside pool, lazy river pool, kiddie play & pool area, outside tiki bar.
Cons: The accommodation of upgrading. Didn't realize when i booked out stay that we didn't have even oceanview of the beach. Tried every night to upgrade.
Location: Awesome. Walked to pretty much everything. Putt-putt was great near the area. Food located near the hotel and was very good.
Very nice hotel and outside pool and kid areas are amazing. I even signed up to become a timeshare- Wyndham owner! Excellent hotel.

No room service because it is time share. Although they seem to be working on renovation, but the rooms are not very clean

Expecting Better from Wyndham

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Nice hotel on the beach with kids pool, we booked it because we were traveling with our child. DO NOT RECOMMEND with small children. The rooms are cleaned once a week (because its a resort) so you have to wash and laundry your own towels. There were spring breakers everywhere, drunk, cursing, throwing up, again highly unrecommended if your traveling with children, and the only reason why we booked this hotel is because we were traveling with our child. Pictures looked nice, slide and kid pool were attractive, but hotel is a mess. One day they ran out of beach towels, and we were barely able to get, and had to re-use them for a day. When complained to the hotel staff they said "well its spring break" Overall hotel is nice, depends what kind of vacation you want to take.

Don't waste your money.

Pros: Frankly, nothing.
Cons: For a start, add bartenders. They were grossly understaffed. Quit trying to sell time-shares to obviously tired guests just trying to check in.
Location: Other than the racetrack, I can't imagine why anybody would go to Daytona when there are so many other nicer beaches around.
From the min. that my daughter and I arrived, I knew that it was going to be bad. Staff outside of the hotel looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if there was valet parking. I did manage to find a bellman who was moderately helpful (more on that later). At check-in, I was told that my credit card would be charged $150 for "incidentals" and refunded "24 hours after I left". I was then sent across the lobby to the "hospitality desk". This an attempt to get me to come to a breakfast so that they could try to sell me a time-share. The lady kept me there for almost ten mins. I had requested a ocean view suite with two doubles and a sofa-bed. I got a view of the hallway and a king. My daughter had to sleep on what was supposed to be a sofa-bed. The ice machine in the room didn't work and there are no ice machines on the floor. I tipped the bellman $20 and asked him to bring me a bucket of ice. He readily agreed. I waited for over an hour. When I finally left the room to go pick up my daughter, I saw him in the elevator with another family's luggage. Later that night, upon request, a maintenance man did bring us a bag of ice. Little things: Upon checkout, I called the front desk to ask them if I could leave the "pool towels" (which I had to "sign for") in the room. I was told that if I did that, I would be charged a fee. I had to turn in my driver's license to get a luggage cart. The bar in the lobby has no glassware; all drinks served in plastic.

Great place to stay a while when visiting Daytona

Nice oceanfront condo that offers many things to do/activities both onsite and just outside.
