Check-in took forever with only one group ahead of us. Fridge in room was so loud, we couldn’t sleep. Staff at breakfast was quite pleasant.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the actually cleaned my room in the middle of my stay which is kind of unheard of now.

Our toilet hardly flushed and the sink was clogged so it filled with water every time we used it. It would eventually drain. They had air purifiers in the hallway which seemed questionable. We had a suite with a pull out couch and our reservation stated we would need to use it, however, it did not have any sheets, pillows, or blankets. The blanket we received to use for it was itchy and about 40 years old it felt like. This hotel was definitely not worth what I paid.

The shower barely got warm and the water pressure was extremely weak. It’s a very old property that they have made small improvements to certain areas in. Not worth the price.

I am gkad that I chose this property. The staff was very helpful and provided great customer service. I had rented an electric car and thought I was going to have to run all over town to get it charged not knowing that there was a charging station attached to the hotel. I was so happy to see that. The staff let me charge ny vehicle for as long as I needed to.

The king beds were very uncomfortable. The floors were sticky and seemed unclean. The bathroom was outdated. The sofa beds was noisy and like sleeping on a spring according my adult friend . The breakfast lady was very nice . The breakfast was decent. Eggs , sausage, pastries etc.

Comfortable place for the money on a high volume Daytona weekend. The queen beds were nice and clean. The couch with a fold out futon was great for additional sleeping roominess. Continental breakfast had was hot and included excellent choices such as sausage patties, eggs, omelette, waffles, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice, etc. Shower had plenty of hot water. Heater and A/C worked great because we had a cold front on arrival. My pet peeves were some dog hair stuck on the couch cushions, a stray baby roach and carpenter ant lingering in the bathroom because the shower curtain had a faint odor from dampness, and the bathroom door itself hits the shower curtain rod while making entree and exit a challenge.

Hello Jennifer,I apologize for the room bot being up to your standards. We have not had any issues with the water temperature, so I am not sure why there was an issue. We also do not charge for extra towels unless they get stained, and we are not able to clean them. That is standard procedure. When I looked into the folio for this reservation, I did not see an extra charge, just standard room charge.

A picture tells you a lot about a place. And the pictures online definitely show the brighter side of this hotel. It’s not that it’s horrible it’s just meh. The rooms are kinda nice, but kinda not. The hallways are pretty dirty and the elevator is probably the original elevator from when the hotel was built. Again, it’s not horrible. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep quickly and leave this is the place. If you wanted to spend any time there at all outside of that, nope.
