“not impressed”

the service was terrible the people were rude we reserved a non smoking room and they gave us double beds instead of the king bed that we ordered and got rude when we questioned them about it. I will not stay there again

“Its a shame to use the Ho Joes Name”

The room was almost clean.The sheets on the bed had large stains on them.I had to sleep on top of the bed.I left all of my street clothes on.I will not step foot into this place again.

“Low Class Ho-Jo”

Nasty Smell in the room, very dirty, pool was still closed. We asked for a room change due to the smell and were told all rooms were rented but there were all kinds of vacant rooms in the evening and still vacant in the morning. Rude older women at the desk told us to find housekeeping and have them spray a lemon scent in the room. Would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor but the rugs were disgusting. Free breakfast in the morning but never refilled after one couple took everything in site. Just an overall bad situation. Happy I only booked this room for 1 night.

“Never Again!”

We expect to go to DeLand again but never ever to this hotel! There's a biker bar attached to it and the noise level was unreal. The first night there were motorcycles running around the courtyard. The second night there was a loud concert out in the courtyard and the police finally came. Our bathrooms had not been cleaned when we got there.

“on conditions”

The hotel was okay the first night. I rested well after a long day at work. I wanted to have a hot shower, but the water never got hot. I contacted the office and the next day the water was hot. After the problem was solved I decided to stay an extra night because it was quiet. Wow, was I wrong! There were many bands playing. I was working on some graduate work. It was horrible. When I tried to talk about the problem I was not satisfied with the response.

“Good for business stopover”

Our room was clean, needing a makeover. one or two wear holes in the comforter. Brkfst was meager. Staff was very friendly and accomodateing. Great shower really hot water. Stay for a night or two but not for a vacation. We would go back on business but not pleasure.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly, had some bugs in the room but thats expected in florida, the staff took care of it quickly.

“The biker bar hotel”

This hotel is geared arround the increadably large biker bar that is just about the same size as the hotel itself. I stayed there one week , would have been alot less if I could have found a better place to st they were all alittle shady , an on atleast 3 of the night there were loud mototrcycle races going on. My room still had trash in it from the people befor me. I was forced to clean up myself. I was luckey that the people befor me weren't messy. My AC didn't really work the beads wern't to bad but they looked pritty worout . It looke like a BikeWeek special type place. So if you're looking for a good BikeWeek hotel then this is your place but if you're looking for a nice place to stay kepp looking sorry

“Do NOT stay here!!!”

We were not given the room we booked 3 months in advance. We booked a King room and were given a double room. The desk told us it was up to the manager to assign the rooms. We did not get the room we paid for! The keys didn't work, the door handle was broken, it was extremely difficult to open. The towel rack above the toilet was half out of the wall and they NEVER fixed it and the remote did not work. My husband is blind and the whole experience was terrrible.
